Great location for lake Union and Seattle city views, enjoyed the Christmas boat parade against the Seattle city backdrop. Gorgeous views on second and third floors. Within walking distance to restaurants and a few breweries (highly recommend Union Saloon restaurant for breakfast). Nice to have a parking spot to come home to, especially on the holidays when many are parked at home. The house is spacious and comfortable.

We loved the views. Nice clean home. No issues at all. Pictures were true to life. The views are even better in person

This house was perfect for our family. We were there to attend my son's graduation at University of Washington, so the closeness to U of W was a big plus. The 3 levels in the house worked out great, and we loved the gorgeous views from the house.

We really did not want to leave!! This is a well furnished home in a great location with views from almost all rooms but the view from the kitchen and roof top patio is simply phenomenal. I loved sitting in the kitchen at night sipping wine and watching colorful holiday boats go by. Lake union and the burke gilman trail is just across the street and Gas Works park is a 5-10 minute walk. There is a cruise operator (waterways) right across the street and we ended up taking a dinnercruise with them, which was one of the highlights of our stay. House is in a nice, peaceful, residential area and within 15 minutes drive to the space needle, downtown, japanese garden, green lake, the zoo. There is a 24 hour grocery store close by. You can also walk to the university of washington as well as shops and restaurants. Fremont brewery is a brisk 15 minute walk but definitely worth it! The house was well furnished, clean and we loved the front garden. There is a deck in the backyard but we didn't really use it. Beds were very cozy. There is good Wifi throughout the house. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly both before and during our stay. The check in process was easy and we are already planning to come back in the summer. Highly recommended!
