We had such a relaxing weekend here. Everything was perfect from morning coffee in the hot tub to walking the nearby trails. Perfect for a couple trying to get a way

My girlfriend and myself had one of the most relaxing weekends ever. Views were beautiful, hot tub was awesome, and the area was peaceful and quiet. There were just some minor maintenance issues. The sliding door to the deck was hard to move and the light switches were a little confusing. But I would highly recommend this vacation home, one of the nicest weekends we ever had,

This is a great little cabin. Had everything you need. Great view of the mountains! Quiet, private spot. Would stay here again!

We loved the deck and the view of the mountains. Bedrooms were comfy enough and the hot tub was enjoyable. Lots and lots of trash around the property and overflowing from the garbage cans. There was puke on the side of the hot tub on the ground as well. Also- a dirty towel left in one of the bedrooms. For the high charge cleaning fees you would think it would be in pretty condition.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Rosemary! We are disappointed to hear the home was not up to our high standard of cleanliness that we hold ourselves. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager to address with our housekeeping team. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can host you again!

The house was better than the reviews, it had everything we needed and a great hot tub for our short family getaway.

Nicely appointed home with a beautiful view in peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed the hot tub. Indoor heat worked well and the beds were comfortable. We found the driveway difficult to manage with ice and snow, but parking at the bottom worked fine. It was great to have the Dirty Face trail right down the road.

Dishes were dirty. A pan had eggs stuck on it.
Light fixture on top of the dining table had prominent cobwebs. Carpet downstairs had something yucky stuck on it. Heaters in the room downstairs and all the bathrooms didn’t work. We couldn’t turn on the main light in the main room upstairs because the string to turn off the fan was missing.
There were broken pieces of glass on the bench outside in front of the hot tub.
Hot tub temperature wouldn’t go beyond 87 to begin with. Ended up calling the company who had to send someone to fix the issue.
TV remote had leaking batteries. We couldn’t use the TV until we made a trip to a nearby convenience store and bought new batteries.
This place is in a good spot with nice views but totally not worth the price with so many issues affecting your comfort and convenience during a vacation.
Besides all the maintenance issues this place has, vacasa in general does a pathetic job in cleaning houses.
Forget about attaining covid cleaning, they don’t even do normal cleaning of the house.
Manager response:
We appreciate your feedback, Jasbinder. The property manager has taken care of cleaning issues heating, lights, and TV. We apologize for the inconveniences you encountered and hope to be able to host you again.

Great location and the place kept us dry but that was it. Cobwebs and dust along most of the edges. Broken dining room chairs that you could not use. Garbage cans full up. Pellet stove with no pellets and heaters that did not work or were so noisy it kept everyone awake. The driveway was a sheet of ice and you had to slide to the front door. No tools to remove ice. Smoke detector batteries were low upon arrival so it was disconnected. Hot tub temp was cool so it wasnt used.
Manager response:
Hi, David! We are so glad to read the location worked well for your group and do apologize you were otherwise disappointed. The pellet stove has been repaired, new smoke and CO2 detectors are installed, and housekeeping issues have been addressed. We will discuss the dining table and chairs with the homeowner. Thank you!

WiFi DOES work but the correct password is not what is on the side of the modem or router (not sure what the device is). Call Vacasa and they will help you log in to the WiFi. There are no coffee filters or coffee so make sure to bring your own. Yes, there is garbage piled up outside but it is mostly out of sight. The driveway is a little steep but unless it’s super icy, you’ll probably be fine. The towels are plush, the hot tub is splendid, the vistas are plentiful.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Jackie. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and apologize for any trouble with the wifi. We have updated the password on the check-in materials. Please note that per the HOA policy, guests are responsible for trash carry-out. We hope to host you again in the near future!

Loved the location. Beautiful setting above Lake Wenatchee.
Loved the hot tub; had 7 turkeys grazing outside the hot tub early one morning..

Great location, beautiful views, quiet setting, and easy access to Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee. WiFi was spotty at best, but that actually allowed us to unplug and relax more authentically. Our family of four had a memorable Thanksgiving week here, and were rejuvenated by our time away. Hot tub was amazing and the beds gave us the best sleep any of us have had in months!

The house was very cosey and we had a great stay. The hot tub was perfect and it was nice to sit in as the snow was falling.
Jessica Y. Oct 2020
This rental was perfect! Came for the hot tub and easily fit the 4 of us, beautiful scenery and close to hiking trails and Leavenworth. I would definitely rent again!

Really enjoyed a long weekend at this cozy cabin. The cabin sits up on a hill which offers a quiet, private setting. One of my favorite things about the stay was having morning coffee on the deck with glimpses of the lake through trees. The location is convenient to many trails, Lake Wenatchee, Leavenworth and Steven's Pass.

Simple place for a Lake Wenatchee area getaway.

Our time in the house was very good the house was clean, big and the best thing, no neighbors close by. We had so much fun playing in the snow. It was a time just to have fun and enjoy with my family.

Thank you,

We had 6 of us and was very disappointed that we couldn’t all eat or sit down at the same time. The upstairs shower is pretty much useless, the shower head is about 3 maybe 4 feet high. A party of 4 would be perfect here, 6 was difficult, I couldn’t imagine 8! Whoever is in charge of cleaning and caring for the house did a terrible job, dishes and glassware all had a greasy film. Cobwebs everywhere. Dirty towels were folded and put away.

Location. Fall colors.
