Perfect location for our three generation trip; plenty of area for adults to sit and relax, areas for kids to play. Beautiful location. Only one down side - the king bed frame extends outward past the mattress and is covered by the quilt. My husband and I both managed to run into it numerous times. Even after I moved the blanket up! We were able to enjoy the Harvest Moon- and star gazed on the front porch. The hot tub was also a big hit. I recommend this location for your next trip to Estes Park.
