Recently stayed here with my family for a vacation and it’s definitely a nice little place, needs a few updates and repairs here and there. It’s not EXACTLY what some would consider a “3 bedroom” though. The sleeping areas are sort of partitioned apart from one another by curtains and the other bedroom is partitioned off from the front door entry. A little odd but we made it work. A few things were broken when we arrived (the front door, the screen to the sliding door on the deck, one of the sets of kayak paddles didn’t lock together, a lamp was broken etc.) as far as cleanliness goes it was ok. The bathroom, kitchen, floors etc were cleaned but there were food wrappers in the bedrooms, there was still a half deflated air mattress with blankets and such still on it down in the basement, and a few other things here and there. The yard was great! My kids loved being able to run around and play! They loved the dock too! The deck is wonderful, we spent a lot of time sitting out under the awning! Overall it’s a nice little camp, we had a good time.
Thank you for staying with us, Mark! We are glad to see your group had a good time. The front door has been repaired, the screen door is working well, and we are in the process of replacing the broken lampshade. We hope to see you again!
