Nestled in a canopy of thick trees, the angular cabin design has a blending contrast that immediately sets the mood for our escape.
The cabin was aesthetically thought-out, very clean, and open. The large windows provide a serene view that celebrates the lush green landscape with towering old-growth trees. The spacious backyard feels like an amphitheater that slopes down to the creek where we had access to explore, sit, and listen to the water.
Inside the cabin, we got a feeling of comfort and relaxation. We wanted a place to work remotely and enjoy the outdoors on a moment's notice. We made a cozy little nest that steps down into the woodstove space. This unique feature is our favorite area in the house to hang out, drink wine, and work. We also recommend napping in the loft. :)
This home is means a lot to us, and we're looking forward to being regulars. We can't wait to book again to see what winter looks like and ski Mt. Hood.

My daughter and her family absolutely loved their two August nights in this house. The hot tub was magnificent, the house was private and peaceful, the beds were really comfortable, and the stream thrilled her 5 year old, who spent an hour at a time wading and playing with stones. The location was perfect for visits to parks and rivers. They loved their holiday and are eager to come back! (Our grandson said, “I want to live here forever!”)

We loved this home and can’t wait to return. Its access to nature — with a flowing creek onsite — would be enough. But the house itself holds its own. Lots of room and cozy apportionments.

The home is located right in the heart of some of the best hiking and backpacking around Mt. Hood. The home backs up to a beautiful stream/river and has a huge yard for outdoor activities. The home is comfortable and has lots of room to spread out. We used the hot tub several times and this was a huge hit. The kitchen is small and needed some attention. The cookware/serveware was extremely low quality. Post and pans were all rusted through making them unusable. Vacasa offered to replace the items but unfortunately they would not have arrived in time. A quick inventory of all serveware in the kitchen is recommended and would have made our experience a 5 Star.

Our family love staying in this magical place. Beautiful scenery and relaxing environment surrounded by nature. We enjoy all the hiking areas close by as well. The house is nice and clean. Perfect for us. We will be back again and again.

This may be the most beautiful spot on earth for people who appreciate that kind of natural beauty. We absolutely loved it!!

You can hear the river from the deck, the property is perfect in its shape, privacy etc. Very unique fireplace with sunken benches made the home feel very spacious and comfortable for a decent sized group. Many cabins have small kitchens, this one functionally only fits one person at a time, so cooperative cooking is not ideal. It is incredibly green, tall trees hug the periphery of your view with a wide open view of the river and the sky.

I’ve stayed at this place several times now. Very clean and well kept. Great location to get out of Portland for some serenity. Wonderful stream rolling in the back yard. Close to amazing hikes like the Salmon River trailhead. I would highly recommend it.

As soon as you walk in a rush of relaxation rushes over you. The house has such a cozy and inviting feel. The best part of this home is actually outside, the swing right next to the river. This is an amazing place to have your morning coffee, do some great day dreaming and take in the mountain air.
Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable. Your Beautiful home was very comfortable and clean!
Great views of river from floor to ceiling windows.

Renting this cabin was one of the best things we’ve done in a long time! What a fantastic place to spend a weekend getaway. Whether you are interested in winter sports or just want to chill out and play cards all day this is the place to be. You can’t be a nice warm hot tub and a beautiful view, not to mention all the amazing amenities kitchen supplies and the Craftmatic adjustable bed!

The swing by the creek was where we spent a lot of time. Beautiful and relaxing. The home itself was gorgeous and the. master bed was very comfortable. Also, the vacasa staff were wonderful. First, when we had trouble with the lock box and second when we had trouble with the television remote. The only bummer was not being able to have a fire in the fire pit. I guess we will just need to visit again when the fire ban is over.
