Walk just a few steps past the building to reach the sand and surf of the bay, or take a short stroll across the street to get to the equally beautiful beach of the Gulf of Mexico.

Please note that this condo is on the fourth floor of the complex, which means it has amazing views of the surroundings, but it does not have elevator access, so be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs.

Step inside this cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo to find all the comforts of home and plenty of space for up to six guests. The living room has cozy seating arranged around a TV, as well as windows where you can admire the great views. While you're here you will enjoy cable TV programming, a DVD player, WiFi access, and even a private laundry room so you can freshen up any sandy clothes after a trip to the beach.

A bright, full kitchen has everything the cook in your group may need to prepare meals when you don't feel like going out to restaurants. There's plenty of room for everyone at the dining room table.

There's a bathroom with a shower (no tub) accessible from the hallway, and if you step into the master bedroom you will find a king-size bed, private balcony access, a TV, and another private full bathroom with a garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and another TV, and there's even a sofabed in the living room so up to six guests will be very comfortable here.

Around the complex you will have access to plenty of great shared amenities. Take a dip in the refreshing pool, use the charcoal grills to cook up a casual lunch, or stroll out to the end of the pier and gaze at the water. You can even go fishing from the end of this pier, or launch your sailboat or go paddle boarding here.

Right here in relaxed and friendly Pensacola Beach you will find a many restaurants and other businesses to keep you busy. Within a short walk of this condo you can reach a market and a restaurant, and the center of town, less than two miles east along the road, boasts plenty more eateries, equipment rental businesses, shops, and more.

But of course, the main attraction of this area is the fantastic coastline! Make sure to spend plenty of time strolling along the perfectly soft sand, splashing around the warm water, and sunbathing.
