This is one of the only rentals at the Coquina that can claim fantastic ocean views on the ground floor simply because it is so close to the beach! Hit the neighboring beach and search for shells, build sandcastles, play in the surf, ride a bike on the sand, or take a romantic walk as the sun sets over the water.

This complex offers a number of resort-style amenities including a pool, sports courts, and grilling area. Take a short drive into the heart of downtown St. Augustine and discover its vibrant culture or head over to Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island, and the many other public access beaches in the area. And only two miles away, explore the historic and beautiful grounds of Fort Matanzas National Monument, home to a mid-18th century Spanish fort.

Parking Notes: Parking passes are no longer required at Coquina. Each unit has one (1) dedicated space adjacent to the unit. Additionally, guests are allowed to park no more than three (3) additional vehicles on-site at no cost. Large vehicles and additional cars must be parked on the outer lot perimeter spaces. All other guests will need to park along AlA. No motor homes are allowed on property. Boats/trailers, jet skis/trailers, or other recreational equipment brought into Coquina property by a guest or renters must have prior approval by the site manager or the Board of Directors.

Water Access: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the beach. St. John's Police Department actively patrols the beach looking for violators. Smoking is permitted on the beach.

If you need to use a restroom when at the pool or beach, there is a bathroom next to the laundry room (center of the complex) for guests. To ensure the bathroom is only used for Coquina guests, there is a lockbox with a key, the code is 13579.

Loved being able to walk out the back door and only a few steps to the pool and raked path in the sand to the private beach. Need to invest in better quality mattresses in both bedrooms.

Our accommodations were clean for the most part. The pool area was very nice.
We loved the beaches, and many fine restaurants. We'll come back again.

Great location and accessibility to pool and beach access, but the condo is a little out of date in regards to the tv provider not being HD, the couch is in really bad shape in the formal living area, there are several can lights not working, there was a strong musk smell almost like the unit had moisture, the fan in the master bath was loud and annoying, the appliances are highly out of date with the exception of the microwave, we were not given enough linens for all of our 6 guests so it costed us $20 in laundry fees. Besides all of that, my biggest concern was the sanitation. When we walked in, the unit smelled musky, so we turned the air down, the cabinets and dresser drawers were super musky like the unit had flooded in the past, but the floors felt like it was mopped with a dirty mop and the large rug in the living area felt damp and gross. I found a receipt under the master bed from January when my babies pacifier rolled under there, you could tell that floor had not been cleaned well in a long time. With the COVID concerns, we put towels and our blankets on high traffic areas like in the hallway. The bathrooms were updated nicely and the beds were ok. If the owners could do a deep cleaning of the entire unit, I would consider staying again, however, we will look for a different unit next time.

We were at Coquina 3 weeks ago and loved the are and the condos. We decided last minute to go back again last week. Just as great as before. We will definitely be back again. Beach is basically out your door. Pool is very nice and everyone is so nice. Comfortable beds and all you need. No complaints at all.

Unit is in dire need of an update. Walls were dirty, sofa in the living room was filthy, hasn’t been cleaned in over 20 years, bugs were found on 2 separate occasions. Unit has old rugs that need to be replaced ASAP. Master bathroom had a permanent sewer smell. Only high point is close proximity to beach.

B104 was amazing. Being on the ground floor was so convenient. With 3 kids and ALL the beach stuff that goes along with them, it was so nice to be able to just walk up and set our stuff on the porch. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would so stay there again!!
