This place was perfectly spaced outside of town, yet close enough to run in town if needed! Golf course right down the street, play a few rounds! The house was quaint with plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby. Loved the kitchen! It was modern, but, it didn't take away the history of the house! Only downfall was it sits directly on the Hwy, so traffic can get loud. I would stay here again and definitely recommend others!
Clark G.May 2021
Great price for such a clean large house, however a bit noisy with traffic.

Our group of 8 really enjoyed The Farm House. The views of the beautiful fields, pastures, and orchards that surround the house were enchanting. The house was extra clean. Quilts on the beds added particular charm to the house. The only thing that is a drawback is the busy road out front. That did not bother our group and we would definitely come back.
Mimi S.Mar 2021
Clean, well stocked and comfortable!
JAMES N.Jan 2020
Loved the old farm house! There were enough highlights to bring the right amount of history into our stay - warm and cozy setting, thanks for letting us enjoy your home :)
Edward B.Sep 2019
The house is spacious and very comfortable. It was big enough for all the guests. The kitchen had all that we needed to make our meals from the food we brought. It had beautiful views and all that comes with living in farm country. The owner was friendly, We learned a bit of her family history and the house.
Virginia B.Aug 2019
The location is so convenient to McMinnville and the attractions. It is well appointed and comfortable.
Caroline C.Jun 2019
We had an excellent stay at the Farm House. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you!
Pearl A.May 2019
We truly enjoyed our stay at the farm house. It was a great location close to restaurants and shops in McMinnville, and a great place to stay for our wine tours.
Andrew H.May 2019
I have stayed here more than once. This is a nice big beautiful home. It had everything we need and lots of charm. We had zero issues and hope to be back one day.

Lots of charm in this old farm house! Lots of space to spread out, on a beautiful piece of property and close to all the wine country attractions:). We especially appreciated that The Farm house is dog friendly! Thank you!
Kevin H.Nov 2018
Comfortable. Parking. Clean.
Kendra K.Oct 2018
Adorable farm house - fully equipped and stocked with everything you might need, lovely swing in the back and very nice horse neighbor. Very clean and well kept house, beds are comfortable, plenty of space. Only downside- road noise is a bit loud over night for light sleepers.
Gary P.Oct 2018
The property was a great value and a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it.
Valerie M.Sep 2018
The house exceeded our expectations! The farm house has been impeccably renovated and the decor is charming with every detail thought of, such as the pretty cut roses placed throughout the home. The house is large with four big bedrooms and two big bathrooms. Although very roomy the house felt like a comfortable home that you would want to spend time in. We loved looking out the windows at the beautiful scenery of open fields, sunsets, and mature trees. We would stay here again if ever in the area again. We would highly recommend the Farm House.
Donna W.Aug 2018
It was nice to be away from city.
Kelly S.Jun 2018
We stayed with four of our Grandchildren and they absolutely loved the swing and the friendly horse next door! The house is charming and rustic in all the right ways, and we will definitely recommend Vacasa and the Farm House! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience!
Tracey S.Jun 2018
Very well mantained and updated farm house. Loved the setting and how everything fit with the style of the home. Very restful!
Amy B.May 2018
The farm house is located right off the free way so you’ll hear some noise when you sleep at night. However, we enjoyed our stay there. There are total 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very convenient location, about 5 minutes to downtown McMinnville with tons of restaurants.
Stephen H.Apr 2018
If you close your eyes and imagine what a farmhouse looks like it would be this one in McMinnville. Great place.
Stacie S.Mar 2018
We took our family to the Evergreen Museum and Water Park. We loved our stay at this house. Great views, very cozy and clean. The antiques made it feel very homey. I made dinner each night, it was stocked with all of the cooking supplies we needed to make my family of seven a full three course meal and casserole. The kids enjoyed the swing and watching the horse in the pasture. We agreed it is on our list of places to stay again.
James K.Feb 2018
This home is located in a great spot. A real nice place to stay.
Bayley K.Nov 2017
The Farmhouse is in a great location just a minute and a half outside of town and on your way to some great wineries. The house may be next to the road but inside you don't hear the traffic at all. The beds are comfortable and there is room for everyone. It's nice that it's dog friendly but you'd never know dogs stay there as it's super clean. The furniture is dated but it takes on the character of the place. The TV is small but there's so much to do in the area that sitting around and watching TV should be down on the list anyway. All-in-all a great place to stay and dog friendly to boot!
Karen S.Oct 2017
The accommodations at the Farm House added charm to our stay in McMinnville. From every window we had a spectacular view of the gorgeous fall colors, rain touched fields and countryside. The wood floors were cleaned and polished. Carpets were stratigicly placed for comfort and hominess. If we needed a utensil for cooking we found it. The binder with guest information is a must read- whomever wrote it is very clever and entertaining!
We felt very comfortable and at home at the Farm House.
Francine D.Aug 2017
This was a perfect setting in the beautiful country side to join our children and grandchildren for a 3-day visit. The Farm House is charming with traditional period furniture, updated kitchen, many amenities including a game drawer chock full of games for all ages, and fresh flowers in vases throughout the house. Additionally, it was only 6 minutes from downtown McMinnville where there are activities for all ages.
Jeanne C.Aug 2017
Though the house is located right next to Hwy 99, the noise from the traffic did not bother us at all. There is a/c and heat. The house is beautifully renovated and maintained. Unbelievably clean! It was very peaceful, surrounded by pastures with horses in the neighboring field; an excellent place to enjoy family at the end of a busy day. Most kitchen equipment you could need was there, along with a good supply of towels (both kitchen and bath). Washing machine/dryer and supplies were in the basement (also very clean). Nearest stores are in McMinnville, about 1.5 miles away.
Peter A.Aug 2017
Great place to stay for 4 individuals or 4 couples.
Rajat P.Aug 2017
Patty J.Jul 2017
Four couples traveling together and the house was very comfortable for all of us. Would stay there again.
Paul M.Jul 2017
We loved this house nestled in the heart of wine country between McMinnville and Amity. The highway out front posed no issue for us, noise or otherwise. I would gladly stay at "The Farmhouse" again.
Richard M.Jul 2017
Quaint house with everything we needed. Everyone loved the home.
Jan S.Jul 2017
A sweet jewel in a fabulous location.
Spencer W.Jun 2017
This is the cutest house ever! Antique furnishings, high ceilings, fresh cut flowers, updated kitchen, plenty of towels, soap, etc. The owner added a new heat pump/ AC so the temperature is very comfortable. There are toys and games for the kids and adults. Wonderful house!
Craig W.Jun 2017
Loved the old farm House in great condition, with some modern touches. Horses a real kick to watch every day, and we had baby birds just born outside the dining window in a beautiful Rhody. Like others, the only real improvement to the house would be moving it a couple hundred yards off the highway :>), but very tolerable and ear plugs at night worked just fine.
Bogumila V.May 2017
Great and very clean house. Stayed for the weekend with friends and the location was perfect for exploring the wine country. Even though it is right next to the road, it was a very pleasant stay and the noise was not overwhelming by any means. Would stay again!
Dott J.Apr 2017
Four sisters flew in from Denver to visit the fifth sister in McMinnville for an art gallery show. The Farm House was the perfect size, the location was breathtaking. We watched mama & baby horse out the windows while we drank our morning coffee. We each took our turn on the swing in the backyard. The house was so lovely, comfortable & inviting that we stayed in & cooked dinner the second night. We are already talking about the next visit !!!
Jenny R.Apr 2017
We enjoyed our stay at the Farm House. Very centrally located to many activities. :)
Vladislav Z.Mar 2017
The house has a very nice clean remodel! Furnishings are very comfortable and suit the places wonderfully. We were there for work and it was a pleasure to come back to the house at the end of a long day.
Julie M.Mar 2017
Clean, the pictures matched the real thing. Lots of room. Away from the crowds in town Each morning there was a horse just outside the window. Flowers were beginning to bloom. There is even a swing off the deck.
Roberto A.Feb 2017
Peaceful,Beautiful and perfect...
Theresa M.Jan 2017
Wonderfully charming, incredibly clean, with everything you could possibly need to keep it maintained during your stay.
We were there for our daughter's New Year's Eve wedding. It felt like we were in one of those gracious old homes that should be on an historical register...
The one drawback, and I mean only one drawback, was that the wi-fi would not connect which was a huge inconvenience as we needed it for various aspects of the wedding plans etc- If we could be assured it would be up and running we would stay here again-
We apologize the internet was out during this stay and can understand what an inconvenience that would have been with wedding preparations. The internet is now up and running. Thank you!
Becky C.Nov 2016
The house was lovely..hardwood floors throughout the house, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Nice 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful vineyards surrounding the town. Only downside is the home is on a busy traffic area, so it is louda nd the internet connection was bad.
Brianne C.Nov 2016
Only downside is it's location on the highway. A beautiful old farm house with the modern amenities. We loved our time here.
Libby H.Nov 2016
We loved staying at the Farm House. We had a lovely weekend attending Linfield activities and wine tasting. Perfect location for McMinneville!
Deirdre D.Sep 2016
We had a great stay at the Farmhouse. Nice setting with horses grazing in the pasture, tree swing for children and very good floor plan. It is on highway 99 but we did not think it was too noisy, traffic was pretty light. Thank you for letting us stay with our dogs too - made for an easy weekend getaway.
Dianne C.Sep 2016
Beautiful furnishings, modern updates to an old building, very comfortable beds and soft linens. Road noise is significant as it is on Hwy 99. A lovely back deck with the horses in the field to watch.
Dora G.Sep 2016
We were amazed at how beautiful & clean the house was! We were welcomed with flowers and everything we needed! We will definitely stay there again!
Aaron C.Aug 2016
The "Farm House" was slightly outside of the town center, but accessible and accommodated the eight of us very comfortably. Very quaint, with a nice view of the horses grazing outside the kitchen window when we woke up each morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area with multiple guests - we all had a great time and the overall reservation process/service was seamless.
Matthew T.Aug 2016
We enjoyed our stay at the Farm House and were impressed with the house and property. Thanks!
Annette R.Aug 2016
We were intent on going to the air museum and water park, and traveling with kids and grandparents. This was perfect... Grandparents got the downstairs bedroom, kids got a room each upstairs. There was some road noise overnight, and the beds next door to each other upstairs were squeaky/headboard banged when you moved, but nothing too terrible.
There were horses in the field next door, which the kids were fascinated by, and a swing... There are board games, too, though we brought our own.
What a lovely memory... Next time, we would possibly stay an extra night, just enjoying the beautiful setting.
Irene Y.Jul 2016
The home was in incredible condition. Everything was spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and organized. The antiques were beautiful, and we spent the first bit of our visit just walking through each room to look around.
Not only was it so clean, nothing was old or worn out -- you know that feeling with some rentals when you don't know how long a rug has been accumulating grime, or when the carpet has years of smells in it, or when the sheets or pillows are so old you wonder? No problem here.
Also, the house has fresh cut roses in most rooms, and they smelled beautiful. The horses and surroundings are wonderful to watch from the breakfast nook, and we felt totally peaceful and relaxed. Thank you for a wonderful place to vacation!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We are from PA & were visiting family. It was so relaxing & very nice accommodations. Great to have a washer & dryer as we were traveling for 9 days. Thanks!!
Eric A.Jun 2016
We had an amazing experience at the Farm. A baby foal had recently been born. We appreciated the opportunity to meet the horses and hear the history of the property. The house is immaculate - easily the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Everything was well appointed to perfection. Our favorite thing was the swing out back! Can't wait to stay here again.
Mary B.Jun 2016
The house is very clean, comfy and cozy. The large windows were ideal to see outside, especially with the horses. The house had what we needed to make it a home away from home. Loved it!!
Laura M.Jun 2016
I could have stayed here for weeks. It was a warm and welcoming home. Everything was terrific. We slept with the windows open and heard a little traffic in the early morning, but it wasn't awful. The setting is so beautiful.
Rebecca C.Jun 2016
Loved this place. We had a wedding to attend nearby, this was perfect for us.
Charlotte B.May 2016
I would stay again.
Drew H.May 2016
I accidentally ended up with two houses in town this weekend. The farm was superior in every way. A beautiful house well provisioned.
Sara H.May 2016
Little complaints about the house. The size fit our needs and accommodated us for the most part. We moved all the items we assumed small children would not be welcome to play with. We had some trouble finding the right utensils and baking dishes to accomplish cooking, but we made do (baking sheets, spatula, salad tongs...bring your own). They stocked sandwich bags and wax paper, so leftovers were covered strategically. Would have liked to see foil and plastic wrap. They requested we put a load of laundry in, which we did, but there was only enough soap for 2 loads, so we didn't bother stripping beds.
The proximity to 99W has been covered sufficiently but, IT IS LOUD and goes all night, so be prepared.
Our family's mother's day plans changed 28 days before our stay and they would not cancel our reservation without fully charging us, so be sure to understand the cancellation policy (which we did but did not foresee our plans changing). Oh well, we made do and ended up having a great visit with our family.
Deborah & David S.Mar 2016
The Farm House is a lovely, well-maintained 4 bedroom cottage. There is a grocery store, movie theater, and restaurants within an easy 10 minute drive. The house is very comfortable but it is right on Highway 99. There is a lot of traffic noise. With the windows closed the noise didn't bother us when sleeping. It was most noticeable in the living room when watching TV. Regardless, we really enjoyed the house. The furniture is clean and in very good condition. The best part of the house is the view from the kitchen window. The owners have horses and it was really nice to be able to see and watch them while cooking or doing dishes. The layout of the house worked well for our family.
Brenda E.Feb 2016
From the moment we walked in we fell in love with the house. Beautifully furnished and maintained and the surrounding countryside was great. We could eat breakfast in the breakfast nook and watch horses out in the pasture. It is close to highway 99 so the noise of cars is there but we focused on the view out the back. We will definitely be going back during wine season!
Shelley K.Feb 2016
In a great spot close to the wine country and restaurants . A little noisy with traffic.
Julie L.Jan 2016
Excellent! We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this is the first time I was compelled to review.
Lawrence W.Dec 2015
This house is even better than it looks online! :)
Brandie S.Oct 2015
This vacation rental home was just wonderful. We are a family with a daughter and a infant. The property was beautiful. The tree swing was a favorite of our daughters. We really appreciated the grounds keeper Gay, Who allowed us to schedule a time with her and come visit the horses at the barn. My daughter loved every minute of being able to see the beautiful horses and feed them an Apple. Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway.
Shelley K.Sep 2015
very nice house close to town and shopping and the wineries. would stay again.

We loved our stay at this cute and comfortable farm home. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely be back.

On the whole, I would stay here again, it's a lovely setting, and home. However, bring ear plugs if you sleep with the windows open, the traffic noise never stops and bring fans if it's going to be hot. They don't tell you there isn't any air conditioning!
