The location and place was great!! Loved sitting in the hot tub in the back with the sun on our shoulders during the day and stars above at night. So 5 stars to the home! Very comfortable.
However... Vacasa itself was not helpful when we had questions. We emailed 24 hours before our stay and got no answer until after we were already there 36 hours later. We got locked out and we waited 45 minutes on hold in the cold until we got through. The voice recording said to text for faster assistance, which we did, and it took them 20 hours to answer a text (and they finally texted me at 2am). I understand they were overwhelmed with COVID 19, but seriously! Those currently renting a property should've been directed to another number where assistance could be more timely. If I were the homeowner I'd consider whether Vacasa provides the best customer service for your clients. Perhaps find a local property manager who can assist your renters???

A clean pleasant functional home. We like staying here. It was comfortable and head all we needed.
