It was alright for 4 people and 2 dogs. We had originally booked a real 2-bedroom apartment, but the rental had to move us the week of our trip due to a leak above our original place - I was not happy with the last-minute options provided us with 2 dogs.

The keys are supposed to be in a labeled lockbox at the clubhouse. Turns out there are nearly 100 lockboxes and none of them were labeled with our apartment number (hopefully the lock has been labeled by now). The main office responded quickly at 9 PM and the property manager was able to get us keys within a half hour. I appreciate the response time, but that was a huge pain. The second "bedroom" has no windows, so make sure to use the fans provided for air circulation. We would not stay here again, but it was a fine place to hang our hat after hiking and kayaking.
Manager response:
We appreciate your flexibility due to the unforeseen leak and hope you had a wonderful vacation!

If you're looking to travel with your dog(s) and don't want to camp - this is the place to stay! For around $100/night, you are in a safe area, wake up to the mountains outside your window, have parking less than 10 feet from your door, and are minutes from hikes and attractions in Breck, Vail, Frisco, etc. We were so lucky to have found this place just one week out when we decided to travel last minute.

Ample space in the two bedrooms for two couples to travel comfortably. The toilet/shower room is quite small but completely workable for 4 adults. The grocery store is minutes away and you can cook all the meals you want with the ample kitchen/dining space. We brought our own Apple TV to use with the big screen which made it feel just like home when we cozied up at night.

If you run hot - bring your own fan(s). They do provide two fans but there are no screens on the windows and no AC so bring extra if you want to stay cool during the summer. We used both of the fans provided and slept with the windows open and found we were overheating each night.

Would definitely consider staying here again!

Cons- The unit was crammed and did not have a table. There was a kitchen counter to “eat at” but the stools didn’t fit under it so difficult to sit at. Hard to do remote work- must sit on floor or on couch. The water came out of taps dark brown at one of point. Lots of road noise. Pros- clean, good access to Dillon and trails on tenderfoot mountain.

Great place for us (and our pup!) to spend a weekend in the mountains. The condo itself is cozy, but comfortably fit us all in the beds. Close drive to Keystone, A Basin, or Breck, and super easy access to the grocery store. Well-equipped to cook your own meals after a nice day skiing.

Really enjoyed our stay. Fully stocked kitchen (bring your own wine cork), Amazing Shower!
Vacasa was immediately available when we ran into a PIN code snafu (Thanksgiving afternoon). Planning another extended weekend stay in the future.
Note this is a dog friendly condo - with notices to NOT leave your dog unattended. Apparently a previous lodgee did not heed this warning so there is some chewed furniture in the main bedroom. Just note it upon check in.

Booked the night before and very pleased with how nice the place was. Quick response from management. Definitely recommend!
