I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend with a better view. Will be looking to book again

Overall was excellent. Was a great view of a few mountain peaks. Loved the stay.

We only stayed a couple of nights, but this place was within walking distance (less than a mile) of many stores, the marina, restaurants, pubs, and an amphitheater. The wrap around porch has great views of the mountains. The home was well prepared and had ample sleeping space for 8 of us. The construction next door was a little distracting at times, but these things happen and we were staying there during the week. A weekend trip might not have any work going on. There was only parking for 2 vehicles unless you want to bock in another car. You could fit about 5 in the driveway, but anything after 2 is blocking in other vehicles. This wasn't a problem for us, I just thought it was info that wasn't on the website, and as big as this place is, multiple people might be bringing vehicles. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay as a large group, and I'd certainly recommend it to a friend. If your party has 2-3 people, there are probably better options out there.

Great place to have many people stay. A few minor problems but nothing that negatively influenced our stay.

Had a great time staying here with 3 families. Plenty of room and decent sleeping arrangements. Location is excellent if you're going to any of the summit county ski resorts. There's a steep driveway, so be aware of that. Also, the address is not clearly labeled by the road, so if you arrive at night you might have trouble finding the house. The one thing that might help is that there are two driveways arriving at a V where the house is. This house is on the right-hand driveway. Manager response on 2019-02-26 - Response from Wildernest

The home was a perfect lay out for my family. The 3 floors and 3 bathrooms were great with our party of 11. The kids enjoyed having their own level to sprawl out in and have their own space. Although one goes on vacation to be active outdoors, in the evening it’s nice to perhaps put on a movie. Our group felt that 2 of the 3 TV’s need to be updated since they were tube TV’s. The only flat screen was on the main floor. We were very impressed with the management company and how quickly they responded to a repair issue. We left several suggestions for property improvements with the management company to address before the next visitors. The home is in a great location to use for a home base and do things outside Dillon. We went to the concert in the park in Dillon and had a great time.

A good experience. Bedrooms & bathrooms on three floors, ideal for three couples plus children. Small but adequate kitchen. It would be nice if a grill was available on the deck. Terrific location. Suggestion, not part of review: I noticed that carpet could use deep cleaning.

Very nice place, especially for the price. It worked for 14 guys for a bachelor retreat. We tested the toilets the first night, no issues. It works for a group, or you can divide the three levels up. The view was amazing. Great location. Driveway has a serious incline. Only issue, it is "smoke free". Wish it was not.

Nice place with plenty of space for 12. Pros - great location (close to highway, grocery store and lake Dillon) -weather is great (cool at night so opening the windows is perfect sleeping weather) Cons - really steep driveway (in winter it would be tough to get up, not a problem in summer) -kitchen is small -proximity to highway and shape of hills means you can hear trucks airbreaking all night long as they come down the hill on both side (location is in a valley of sorts) -little older furnishings So it was a great place for my extended family to use as a base camp for adventure but I have stayed at places that nicer and quieter due to where the home is positioned on the hill. Also views are fine but not spectacular for the area (look out over a valley toward mountains and the highway).

Great home away from home; well equipped, warm with all great facilities and lots of space. Another name for heaven! We enjoyed our adventure trip! We will come back abd stay in the same house!

This home was kind of a last minute choice for us, after our camping plans appeared to be rained out. For starters, the price was wonderful! What was even better than that was the amount of room. We came with 14 adults & 3 children & there was a comfy bed for everyone. The home was overstocked with dishes, spices, linens, & toiletries. The fireplace was a super nice addition & helped keep our colder family members cozy. There was a fan provided in the unit which was nice for those in our group that needed it to be comfortable while sleeping. The home itself was gorgeous & surrounded by mountains & trees anywhere you look. The deck views were amazing & beautiful. The home was in a quiet area but extremely close to stores & restaurants, & even neighboring towns. There was a working coffee maker & microwave as well which was great! In our group of 17, we all left wanting to give great reviews & we would definitely stay here again. (As a side note, with such a large group, I had to call and talk to the manager's quite a bit since we had so many questions, they were extremely friendly & patient. They were very helpful & when we checked in even gave us a list of activities in the area for the weekend.)
