The cottage is incredibly comfortable and well-located. The living room that opens to the rear patio was wonderful.

We stayed over New Year's and loved the place! It was exactly what we needed including a beautiful kitchen and washer and dryer. And we couldn't beat the location... it was the perfect distance to Shipwreck and Joon Bar. I would recommend this place to anyone and with hopefully be renting again!

Provincetown is my home but sometimes unfortunately we have to rent elsewhere to stay. It was the perfect place. The cutest, coziest Cottage. Right on commercial street. Clean and just perfect.

The cottage is in an excellent location, it’s decorated nicely, very comfy beds, linens and pillows. The kitchen and bathrooms are fabulous. I would have happily given 5 stars as the checkin process was great, option for both early checkin and late checkout, as well as the condition of the unit. However when we arrived, there was NO water in the house. It took many phone calls and in-person attempts to get it turned back on. Vacasa was very polite and responded quickly. We were just disappointed how the water could have been turned off without them knowing or how to turn it back on. Other than that I would 100% stay there again!
Manager response:
We are so happy that you enjoyed the home! We are sorry that the water was not on when you arrived at the home. We strive to make sure our homes are completely ready for our guests to start their vacation when they arrive, and it sounds like this was not the case. Our local staff has let us know that the problem with the water has been fixed. Thank you for your feedback, we hope to host you again!

The house is just as it looks in the ad photos. It was a wonderful place to call home for four days! Normally in P-Town we stay at a Bed & Breakfast close to where the Tea Dance is. The location was great, the house was absolutely charming and the back yard was cute and very functional. We used the Weber grill a couple times and the Kitchen is a pleasure to use. This place is going to make it very difficult to go back to the bed & Breakfast e have stayed at for many years. The only downside was no parking pass for us when we got there so I used the printed booking with a hand written note and hoped we would not get towed. The best way to do the parking placard would be to have it as part of the printed materials so no one had to remember to leave it at the house. We did call Vacasa and they said they would see to it that we were supplied with the parking pass but that never happened. Other than that it was such a great place to visit P-Town from.
Manager response:
Richard, thank you for sharing your experience! We are pleased to hear that you had such an enjoyable stay. We apologize that there happened to be some miscommunication regarding parking, and have since updated this information. We hope this did not cause too much trouble. We look forward to your next stay!
