The house was very nice. It is very spacious and can fit many people. A really nice retreat for probably two families with only 4 kids. That way the parents get the masters and the kids can stay in the bunks. The scenery is spectacular. You are right on the lake and see wild life walk around all times of the day.
The fire place is nice and the only way to keep the house warm. Just be careful if there are kids. The box gets hot and if someone bumps into it they wont forget it.
The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and had many cooking ingredients and spices.
The bathrooms served their purpose and had hair dryers, straighteners, and other bathroom essentials.
This place does not have good service at all. We had to go to town just to get our text messages. Like the post said, there is no wifi or cable. So the TV is just a nice decoration on the wall unless you bring a gaming system or dvd player to plug into it. The shuffleboard was fun. It can keep you entertained for a while. There is a nice sitting table that is perfect for card games.
No one had been in it a while as there were dead flies on the ground and around the windows, but everything else was very clean.
Definitely would stay in it again, maybe next time in the spring and summer to test out the golf course!
