Kona Isla is an older property built about 1970 with outdoor hallways that room along the bedroom windows. The condos are about 500' and many are owner occupied or occupied by the same people each winter. Our condo was a recent purchase with some updates, not of the highest quality. The kitchen appeared to be stocked from a second hand store. The decor still had price tags from Ross for Less. I would love to stay at Kona Isle again but not in B32,

Quiet and clean condo in heart of Kona. Just close enough to downtown to enjoy restaurants and shops, but far enough away to relax away from the busy areas. Finding and checking in was easy. Condo was clean and the pictures are accurate with no unpleasant surprises. Thanks!
