Parking passes are not required but vehicles are accounted for by the HOA. Parking spots are not assigned and are first-come, first-served. The HOA does not allow motorcycles, boats, trailers, RVs, campers, or golf carts on the property at any time. Towing is likely if any of these vehicles are parked on the property.
