Recently spent a 3 day weekend here with my husband, friend and her family. All together 4 adults, 3 kids. Plenty of space for all of us. And the view! Amazing views! You are right on the ocean and it was beautiful! Access to the beach is about 2-3 houses down, since you are on a bit of a hill and it would be quite dangerous to get down yourself. A couple of repairs are needed, but easily worked around. We were already planning on our next group trip to this house before we even left!
