Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

The deck right at the entrance of the home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the South Lake Tahoe sunshine. You'll have access to a shared pool and hot tub. Cozy up in the living room with the gas fireplace and play one of many board games that are offered or watch a movie on the large screen TV. In the evening look at the stars with the telescope.
