We just loved the townhouse. It was in a great location close to the park. It was very quiet and the beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. The front porch in the early morning was also nice before it gets to hot. It made us want to move to Savannah! Thanks so much!

Awesome home and a great experience in Savannah and Tybee Island would love to come back again

We loved the comfort of the home and the closeness to the city.
The house beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfy.
I just wished we would have known it was an upstairs condo. Going up down the stairs for elderly mom was a little difficult. But over all we loved it.

What a nice vacation stay in this Lovely decorated home ~ Close to all the squares in Savannah. Older home remodeled nicely...Central air, but when it’s 100 degrees in Savannah it’s hard to cool an older home...but we still had a great night sleep with ceiling fans, etc. It did the job. Beds were comfortable. Even with two couples, the one bathroom was no problem. Everything was nice and clean. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

First off I loved the location. We walked down the street for an amazing high end dinner at local 11 and the kids got to play outside at Forsyth park too. All within 3 min walk. We drove 5 min to river street and it was just a great location. The house itself is decorated great, and super clean. My only advice is to add a fan to the tiny third room. It was So hot and the ac took a while to cool down so nobody was able to sleep in it. It really holds heat. The rest of the house had fans and was very comfortable. I set up a bed for my daughter in the living area and she slept great there.
Manager response:
Hi, Diana! We appreciate your feedback and have added a fan. Thank you!

We had a great stay! Super close to the park and shops. Having a parking spot was a huge selling point. The AC doesn’t work awesome in the middle of July but it was very hot outside during our stay so I am sure it was working overtime. We would stay again!

We stayed in this lovely home while apartment hunting. It had every amenity you could possibly want and was very clean, absolutely spotless.

The location is amazing, very close to everything.

In case you missed it in the pictures, there are two large bedrooms and one very tiny one. It was fine for our purposes but I didn't notice it until I did the virtual tour.

It is an old home and the walls are thin so you do often hear the neighbors.

Also the wifi has strong security. We were able to stream our movies on our own devices using the Wi-Fi but we were not able to hook up the Chromecast we brought or use any of the channels on the Roku TV. Normally this would not be a big deal, but we were trying to stay in a lot because of COVID.

Unlike on Airbnb, we had no actual interaction with a human at any time during this process. That was okay, the technology worked. Once we were inside, paperwork listed a local contact if we needed one.

Overall it was an excellent experience and we would stay there again if we were back in town.

We had a fabulous ladies weekend to celebrate my mother's birthday. The house was cozy and well appointed and we enjoyed sitting in the front living room, relaxing on the balcony, and chatting in the kitchen over coffee. The one bathroom was great - though would be tough for more than 3 people to share depending on morning routines and such. It could use a few towel and coat racks and the smallest bedroom could use an extra blanket (though those were only minor issues). It is also not a place for those afraid of stairs - it is a second floor unit (the first floor is a separate apartment) which could be a challenge for some. Overall everything was beautiful, it was well decorated and close enough to the squares for a light walk to dinner or drinks. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back!

The house was beautiful and very clean! Even better than the pictures. The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere and the parking spot was a great plus! We parked and never got back in the car. We fell in love with Savannah and loved this home. We will definitely be back!

The Home was great close to everything. Will totally stay again for my next trip.

The house is very charming, comfortable and conveniently located near things to do and see. I highly recommend. Only two things I'd say, the kitchen has most items to cook, but doesn't have things like mixing bowls, measuring cups and some other kitchen items which are helpful when cooking. If staying to an extended period of time & plan to do some cooking (bkfst) you have a limited amount of things. Also, not by fault of the rental property, but Unit B had people arrive at 2:30am drunk and loud. Walls are pretty paper thin. I wasn't able to communicate with anyone on this until the next day.
