Who could say no to efficiency, luxury, and location for an affordable price? Guests of this ski-in, ski-out Breckenridge vacation rental get all of that plus a shared fitness area and an incredible location.

Centrally located in the Village of Breckenridge, this condo sits at the foot of the slopes amid eateries, shopping, and various sports stores for equipment rentals. The Quicksilver Super 6 chairlift is just behind the building, so getting to the slopes for first chair is easy as can be!

This fourth-floor studio condo offers wonderful views of the surrounding Village and slopes. Its naturally lit, open interior is welcoming with earth-tone furnishings and simple decor.

Guests can park their car in the underground garage and take the elevator up to the condo, then walk right in to plop down on the sofa or in the armchair.

Pop in a Redbox rental on the DVD player, stream Spotify or Netflix via WiFi, or catch the news or the latest episode of your favorite show on cable. The corner windows can be opened for a great breeze in the summertime.

The galley kitchen's white tiled counters and modern cabinetry make it a cozy place for the cook to busy themselves while the rest of the guests can sit at the breakfast bar to socialize. There are fun extras like a slow cooker for chili and stews and a blender for smoothies and protein shakes. Pile everything into the apartment-size dishwasher when the meal is done.

This open-floor studio has a king bed with natural driftwood bed frame and a queen sleeper sofa, making this a cozy rental for four people. A crib may be rented if you happen to be bringing an infant along.

Although there is only one bathroom, privacy is created with three separate rooms: one for the double vanity, one for the shower/tub combo, and one for the toilet. This condo is right down the hall from the coin-operated laundry room.

Guests who are traveling in a larger group of up to eight guests might like to rent out the studio next door for additional space!

The complex has its own fitness center, which includes a fitness room, four outdoor hot tubs with views of the slopes, an in/outdoor pool, a sauna, and a steam room.

You won't have to go very far to find everything you could need. The complex shares its building with Breckenridge Sports, and its plaza with the Breckenridge Medical Center, two equipment rental shops, a sports bar, and Taddeo's Italian Restaurant. It's a short walk to the shopping strip and Breckenridge Brewery and La Francaise, and only three blocks from the nearest grocery store. Leave the car and bike or walk everywhere!

My son and I stayed here in December 2018 for a short ski vacation. The location is perfect, and the view is amazing. The condo has everything one needs in the kitchen area and bath. We appreciated the extra towels. The staff was helpful when I called with questions about storing bags prior to check-in. The unit could use some updating and refreshing, but we thought that was accounted for in the reasonable price. We hope to return next season!

Perfect location downtown. Eat access in/out of condo. Underground heated parking in winter. Right off peak 9. Walking distance to most everything. The condo had laundry just outside, nice pool/sauna, jaquzzi and gym. Pub right next store if you are too tired to walk. Had pretty much everything you need in the room.

This studio apartment met our needs in many ways. It is extremely close to the center of town. There is a bus stop right across the street which we used when we wanted to go to Frisco. The outdoor hot tubs were really wonderful. The apartment had a fully functional kitchen which I appreciated for cooking most of our meals. It is an apartment that can accommodate 4 people, but I find it only comfortable for 2.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peak 9 Inn. It was so close to the lift, we could come in for lunch or anytime with a 5 minute walk. Rentals, restaurants, shopping and the whole Village were super close.

We loved the location of the condo, centrally located and within walking distance of popular restaurants, bars, and the slopes (although we weren’t able to use the slopes as the season hadn’t started) the lift is right outside. The multiple hot tubs were amazing and gave a sense of privacy which we loved. The room is cozy and well furnished, great for a couple or small family (queen/king size bed and large pull out sofa.

my boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights. we loved the location, it was easy to walk everywhere. the place was great, we were able to cook every day, the kitchen was well stocked. we had everything we needed. the hot tub and steam rooms were wonderful (and the heated garage in winter) since we got caught in an unexpected snowy weekend.

We are a family of 5 and stayed here and loved it. It was a little tight with all of our luggage and 3 kids sleeping on the sleeper sofa but we made it work and would stay here again. We loved the location, the property, the staff, everything. I would definitely recommend staying here on your vacation! We absolutely loved it!!!

This condo is all about location. We parked the car Friday at check in and didn't move it until we left on Sunday. Such a perfect location for hanging out in Breck for the weekend. It has a well designed floor plan which feels spacious. The bed and furniture are comfortable. It was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience from start to finish. The location cannot be beat. Two adults and two small kids (age 3 & 6) worked perfectly in this unit because of the pullout sofa. Used the pool area daily and it was awesome! Loved opening the windows and getting the cool breezes - would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property is average except the location which is exceptional (close to ski lift and to town). It's really too small and crowded with furniture for 3 people, with not enough storage or space for ski bags/equipment. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people. Needs a bit of modernizing and upgrading for the price.

Location was great and the amenities inside the apartment sufficed our needs. We literally snowboarded to the bottom where the lift is and just walked into the apartment that was a couple minutes away.

This is a nice studio unit at the bottom of Peak 9. Easy walk to anywhere downtown. Clean unit with a comfortable bed. Has a pull-out sofa but it would be really crowded if more that two people stay here.

The unit is very crowded and cluttered with very little storage. Some things should be cleared out to make room. For example, they have a little bar that will fit two people but have four bar stools making it too crowded. We put two stools in the closet but that made it hard to put clothes in the closet. Also, the hangers in the closet are a real pain. Most don't come off the bar so they are virtually unusable. Finally, the couch is very uncomfortable. After sitting on it for 15 minutes we both got numb! On a good note, the bed was very comfortable and the unit has good natural light. Finally, the kitchen was pretty usable and the unit is quiet since it's an end unit.

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge and the unit at Peak 9. The kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, and it was a good cool off after relatively warm days in the area. The town is great for walking around, and the unit is located near many good restaurants.

My husband and I and our 10 yr old stayed at this condo for 3 nights around July 4th weekend. Loved the ability to walk everywhere. Condo was very nice and clean. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal (which we did.) Breckenridge is now my favorite town in CO. Definitely will have to come back in the winter.

Had paid a lot of money to stay in this location and was very disappointed with the Dirt & Dust in this Condo. It looked and felt dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned for weeks.

Excellent location, condo was OK and good for the price. They have a policy where the guests' garage passes only open the garage door during certain hours. The front desk said the garage passes stop working at 4pm. I don't know what time they start working in the morning. This is ridiculous! What if you want to drive when you go out to dinner. Luckily we only needed to park our car once when we got there (late Saturday night due to detour on I 70), and didn't move it again until we left (about 5 am Wednesday morning). Both times we had to get someone at the front desk to open the garage door for us. It was lucky the "coffee guy" knew where the master key was when we left, because they didn't seem to staff the front desk. People should be able to enter and exit the garage any time they want to!

Great location (ski in/ski out), well appointed studio (limited clothes storage though - one tiny shelf system only). Beware the parking situation though. Check in package sent by Vacasa states parking is available for pay during the winter months but this is not accurate (at least in my experience). A parking pass is provided (left in the room) but it does not work. The front desk at the Village cannot help. Phone calls to the Vacasa provided local number (970 area code) were not answered (all of mine went straight to voicemail and I never received a return phone call). A phone call to the main number (503 area code) was answered with a promise to look in to the parking pass situation and promptly get back with me (still waiting). In short, the support I received from Vacasa was severely lacking. If you choose to rent this studio during ski season understand going in that the parking situation is, in my opinion, misrepresented (parking as stated on the Vacasa site for this studio -- "Guests will be charged an additional $17/day fee for parking with this unit if they intend to use the parking garage, but it is well worth it for the convenience of parking under the building in the heated garage!"). Great price, great location but the non-existent parking took away from what should have been an enjoyable vacation. As stated before, beware if renting during ski season and prepare for a possible lack of customer service support.

We go to Breck a lot, and this is one of the best small places we have ever stayed. It was very cozy, the location was fabulous, and we loved the view out the large windows. It kind of had a loft feel to it.
The only complaint we had was the parking situation - this is the only place in Breck we have stayed that parking was not provided. Luckily, the town was not very busy this weekend, and the staff at the place said we could use the garage for free. I am not sure this would be an option on most weekends. The only other parking option that we could see is moving your car the the ice skating rink for overnight parking, and then catching the bus back to the unit. None of the other lots in Breck allow overnight parking (one of my biggest pet peeves about Breck), and the garage at the unit did not appear to allow overnight parking either.
We would rent this place again though!

We've never been to Colorado for fun before. This was a great place to stay in Breck. 2 minute walk to Main St and restaurants/bars. Room was clean with wverything we needed. Will stay here our next trip out!!
