What a charming house! It had everything we needed--can't think of a thing that was missing. The beds are really comfortable, the furnishings are beautiful and interesting, check in and out were super easy. There were only three of us in the house, but there's plenty of room for 8 or maybe more? The house is bigger than it looks from the street. It's walking distance to the Proctor District: restaurants, coffee shops and groceries. (Of course, because of the pandemic, we ordered in, but that was easy too.) We went for a great hike to the sea through the Puget Creek Natural Area close by, and when we didn't have time for a hike, we got in a couple of laps at the track across the street. Just a mile from the University of Puget Sound, we were there and back in no time during student move in. All in all, we had a really wonderful visit at this super house and can't wait to return.

We loved this property. It is nicely done and very comfortable. Great amenities. Really cute with lots of space to hang out and relax. Loved the easy access to neighborhood restaurants and outdoor walks/runs and parks.

We enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed house located in a quiet neighborhood of Tacoma across the street from a school. It had the room we needed. It also had very functional heat, gas fireplace and wifi! And the kitchen had everything we needed. Check out the floor plan carefully if you have specific requirements. The house is on 3 levels and both sets of stairs are quite steep.

My family rented this home on our first trip to Seattle and the house was stunning! The old town feeling came alive with the three stories and well designed home! The school across the street was perfect for my busy family to run off extra energy! I would rent this home again and again!

The house was beautiful and centrally located in Tacoma, close to many things. The size was perfect as we had a lot (9 in total) of people stay with us while we were there.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is for a few things; the oven was missing the handle which made it hard to open it, there were only around 8 towels and 2 dish towels which means we were washing towels every day and laundry detergent was not provided, the handle in the shower on the main floor kept falling off, and there were not enough dish washer cleaner tablets so we ended up doing dishes by hand the last few days.
Overall it was a great place and would definitely stay there again!
Thank you for your feedback, Jamie. We will let the local staff know of the few maintenance items that are needed to be taken care of. We also supply a starter supply of dishwasher cleaner, laundry soap, etc. We do apologize that the laundry detergent was not provided. We hope to host you again very soon. Thank you!

We loved the nice beds, the soft, clean linens in the bathrooms, and all the wonderful spaces that we could hangout and relax together as a family. It was roomy but cozy at the same time. We loved that there were so many things available in the kitchen amenity-wise, and that there was an outside grill and patio that we could cook and eat together as well. The TV in the downstairs in the family room was perfect for us to watch movies and to play games, and the breakfast nook was fun to watch birds and squirrels in the garden.
The track across the street was so convenient, and we were So close to everything we wanted to do in the cute downtown area. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and we would come back for sure!

We loved the place. 4 kids and it worked great. The decor was amazing and the location worked for us. You can walk to meals and explore Proctor. We will be back.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Comfortably accommodated all 8 of our family members and allowed us to visit, make dinner together, and just hang out.

Our group had a lovely stay. The house is adorable, the street is quiet, and there are many great dining options within a short walking distance. Will definitely keep this on our list of favorites!
