The pool was wonderful.Great view. Condo was very clean and smelled great!The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen was supplied.wonderful beach vacation!

There wasn’t much to dislike about this condo. The condo was beautiful. It was clean. It was quiet. We rarely got on an elevator with others from different floors. The place was full of people, but still relaxing. The only real clue that lots of people were there, was the cars in the parking lot. The pool was great and the grounds were beautiful. We were within walking distance of great restaurants. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This condo was amazing! Very large living & dining room. Spacious balcony big enough for all 6 adults. The kitchen is fantastic with all the dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies you need. Definitely don’t forget coffee filters, salt & pepper. None of those type things in the condo.
Everything has high end finishes and feels luxurious. Loved the private entrance from the elevator right into the foyer area. Also, nice having the trash shoot access inside the hallway, not outside.
The half bathroom was a super bonus. Loved the setup of the rooms with the master on the beach side and 2 bedrooms tucked quietly in the back of the condo.

As mentioned in the review before, the hot water heater did not work. We didn’t discover this until shower time the first night. We put in a call to maintenance a couple times before someone actually came the next afternoon. I’m not real happy to find out that they were aware if that at the end of the previous guests stay and didn’t fix it before we checked in.
I have to say the check in process was a bit of a mess. We received an email with instructions to check in at the front desk which wasn’t correct. After going back and forth with the concierge at the front desk, contacting Vacasa and being on hold for 30+ min, we were finally able to reach the manager, Paula, who was very helpful and gain access to our condo.
There were plenty of carts available to bring things up to the condo. The elevator has a nifty little air conditioned room outside of it to wait. That was fantastic! And we never waited long for the elevator, which was nice. It was rarely anyone other than us in it.
The property is spectacular! Pool area is amazing and spacious. Large and HOT, hot tub. Very important to us!
The grill area is nice and had sensor lights to help in the dark. My only complaint is that they boast of having a big green egg smoker, which they do, but it lacks the heat diversion plate that actually allows you to smoke meat on it. We brought down 2 pork butts ready to smoke them the first night only to find missing parts. Luckily we engineered a rig out of foil pans filled with water and made it work. So, that’s a huge problem that needs to be remedied.
The beach access boardwalk was great and in good shape. The beach was spectacular and beautiful!
Parking was a bit of a pain with our 3rd car. Their overflow parking was not something we were comfortable with AT ALL. They ask you to park your vehicle at a business and drop your keys in an envelope and place in a drop box. You will have NO ACCESS to your vehicle on the weekend and on Monday someone will DRIVE MY CAR into another locked lot and call me for payment. Um, NO! We found other parking. They will NOT issue extra parking passes. That was annoying.

Check-in is not until 4pm, so guests will not be allowed access prior to that time. We do advise guests prior to arrival that there is a 2 car maximum due to limited parking space on the island; we apologize if this was difficult for your group. We have advised the HOA of your comments regarding the smoker. Thank you!

Pool area is amazing!

The only reason I’d didn’t give 5 stars is because the water heater went out on our last day and didn’t get repaired before we left.
Cold showers to end the week.

However, I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone and everyone!
