Inside, Rivergrass 226 offers a spacious living room area equipped with comfortable furnishings right in front of the flatscreen TV for your convenience; the gas fireplace located under the TV makes this area a great spot to unwind after spending the day outside.
If you're a skier, snowboarder, or mountain biker, you'll be less than 500 feet from the lifts at Blue Mountain Resort! If you're a golfer, the Monterra Golf Course is only a quarter-mile east (there are four other courses within a 12-mile drive as well). Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through the many scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any of the popular outdoor activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. This area is also wonderful for hiking, rock climbing, and swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing on the shores of South Georgian Bay (Northwinds Beach is only two and a half miles north).

Parking Notes: As soon as you arrive at Rivergrass you must immediately enter the unit and retrieve your two parking passes (Vacasa Parking Permits) and place one on each windshield of your two permitted on-site vehicles. This a vital part of the check-in process so as you are not ticketed or towed. At check-out you must place the two parking passes back exactly where you located them when you first checked-in.

Any lost parking passes (2) will result in a replacement penalty fee of $250/pass which will be charged to the credit card on file.
