We loved the view looking up at Peak 7. This is truly a great view, and we thoroughly enjoyed the outside patio.

This new picture is a more accurate representation of the furniture. They have swapped out the sofa, but it's still very nice and comfortable. I was concerned that other furniture may have changed, but it has not. It is every bit as beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures. Loved the fireplace! The master suite (on the left side of the main room) has a very firm bed. The second master (on the right side of the main room) has a fluffy and soft bed. The setup worked perfectly for me skiing with my adult son and his wife for a few days. The elevator down to the ski locker room that opens to the slope could not be more convenient. Stopping at the room for lunch and a quick nap before going out for an afternoon of skiing is quite doable. The condo was very well equipped and we lacked for nothing. Note that it does have a stackable washer and dryer. Another thing to note: If you are arriving after 11:00 PM, you will have to make a stop downtown for your keys and another at One Ski Hill Place for your parking pass before getting to the condo.

It was awesome - again. We stayed in this same condo last year and this year was just as great. Will stay here again next year.

Let me start off by saying the view up the mountain is beautiful. This condo could be 5 star with a few tweaks. The bed in the master was lumpy. It needs to be a temperpedic or a higher quality mattress, it was very uncomforable. The sheets are definitely low thread count. My husband never says anything about bedding and he complained about how scratchy the sheets were. You could purchase some terrific Jennifer Adams high thread count sheets from Costco for $70. The lamp on the nightstand(closest to closet) was broken and would not turn on. The master shower had a lot of black mold around the shower pan and the drain needs to be snaked as the shower drained very slowly. The cleaning staff needs to just simply get some Clorox Clean up with bleach, spray it on it and it'll take care of it. I almost purchased some when I ran to the grocery but forgot. It'd be so simple. I'm sure the owners would appreciate not having to look at that when they use their own property at some point. In the kitchen, which is pretty well appointed, we were only provided with 2 kitchen hand towels. There were no kitchen dish cloths to wipe down the counters or to wash pots and pans. We were there for 5 days and did cook so it was a serious pain to only have found under the sink a crappy sponge. Also, Dawn dish soap works sooo much better than Palmolive which was provided, I just could not get the counters and stovetop clean the way I wanted. Also, the dishwasher is in serious need of some jet dry, there is a ton of residue on it and left residue on the glasses which I had to rinse and wipe off. The living room sofa and chairs were different than pictured. The sofa my son slept on and said it was pretty comfortable, but the chairs were not. They are short and undersized which just feels weird to sit in. I'm an average weight 5'6" woman and felt like a giant in them. hahaha. The remote controls for the tv's didn't work well. You had to push the buttons multiple times and very firmly to change channels or volume. Also the tv in the master kept shutting off every 5 minutes or so. I'd suggest getting new tvs. They are cheap at Sams or Costco. Finally, being there in January, it is necessary to run the teeny tiny humidifiers 24/7 because the air is so dry which requires them to be filled 3 times a day. Larger ones would be very beneficial! I gave the condo 4 stars because of the view, location and the condo (other than the bathroom shower) were clean. Again, it could be 5 star with some adjustments.
Hi, Shelley! Thank you for staying with us and providing your feedback. The property manager is scheduling a recaulking for the shower, and the TV and remote have been taken care of. We hope to see you again!

This was our second time staying at Crystal Peak Lodge and once again it was amazing!
If you like really short walks to the ski lift… From your very own personal locker located about 20 yards from the left… This is the room for you!
If you love granite everywhere, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile and an amazingly furnished room with $1 million view… This is the place for you!
My eight-year-old son, who skis black diamonds, said about this room “It was amazing, I really loved our trip, Daddy”.
My eleven year old daughter, who skis blues, said about this room “I loved the fireplace and hot tub, they were awesome”

Management folks are on their game. We were fairly last minute but we received key cards and instructions in plenty of time to prepare for our stay. Painless! You won't find a more convenient location. Our unit was a couple steps from the elevator that was steps from ski rental and lift passes. Oh and only steps from the ski locker to store your stuff. Out the door walk across the path and into the lift line. Crazy!

First class property in a First Class location all supported by the First Class staff at Management. I knew we picked right when the front desk commented it was her favorite unit.
