The description and price for unit 5, misrepresents the reality of the unit. We selected this unit because it was a 3 bedroom that could accommodate 7 adults. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bunk bed that takes up 85% of the room. It was impossible to sit on the bed because there was so little space between the upper & lower bunks. There was no dresser to put any clothes and no chair in this room. Everyone had to put their stuff in the hall. In addition, the is very little light in the room. It took 4 phone calls and 2 days before Vacasa was able to get WiFi and cable working. When we arrived there was no soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry or dishwashing detergent, napkins, salt/pepper, fire wood etc. We had to go buy these things (which Vacasa reimbursed) which was an inconvenience as soon as we arrived. Lastly, rugs and floor had not been swept/vacuumed. While the place is very attractive and in a great location, these inconveniences and misrepresentations do NOT make unit 5 worth the price. There are many other actual 4 bedrooms for comparable prices.
Manager response:
Joan, we appreciate the valuable feedback. We apologize that you encountered some wifi issues, and for the house not being cleaned as thoroughly as is our standard. We thank you for contacting local staff so they could resolve these issues. We hope to get the chance to host you again! Thank you.

Very well-organized...how to find the garage door opener wasn't explained, so we couldn't just oull in and unload...we had to unload into the hnit and hunt for the garage door opener.
