Great location, great lighting, great atmosphere, clean dishes, clean bathrooms, clean hot tub.

Fireplace is missing front glass panel and leaks gas when used. Not safe at all. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Carpet is old, dirty and musky and needs to updated. Place has a ton of potential.

Garage is small. Only big enough for cars and small suvs. Large suvs or vans won’t work.

Stay here for the location to main street or lower deer valley. Don’t stay here if you hate steps (condo has four floors), are looking for a newer place.

Good location to Deer Valley and Park City. The stove had to be lit with a lighter and there weren’t enough trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap,etc we had a fun time overall. A lot of stairs...

Location was perfect between Deer Valley and Park City. Easy access off Deer Valley Loop Rd. Townhouse had two car garage with remote control. Everything worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Kitchen was great with gas range and utensils and plates and cups and pots and pans. Hot tub was crystal clear and perfectly clean. I have to say...everything was essentially perfect. We will book this townhouse every time we come to Deer Valley if it is available.

Nice house. Lots of levels(stairs). Great location. Does not have central air. Just a stand up unit that provide minimal cooling. However opening window and fans kept it reasonable even in July.
