With a private hot tub, panoramic views of Lake Pend Oreille, and all of the comforts of home, this recently-remodeled home promises a memorable vacation for up to eight lucky guests.

Overlooking the water of Lake Pend Oreille and less than a mile from the shops and restaurants of downtown Hope, this home boasts a convenient location that will delight guests of all interests. Bring your boat (there's a boat ramp less than 2 miles away at Lakeview Park) and spend an afternoon on the lake or check out the Gold Hill Trail, an eight-mile biking and hiking trail with breathtaking views. Offering everything from cross-country skiing to snowboarding to snowmobiling in the winter and a number of hiking trails during the summer, Schweitzer Mountain Resort is only 12 miles away.

The bright colors and unique vintage decor throughout this home creates a welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a fun vacation! With rustic wooden accents, comfy furniture, and a functional propane fireplace, the living room invites you to relax with a glass of wine after a long day. Although you'll be able to easily enjoy the beauty of nature during your stay, don't worry about missing technology - a HDTV in the living room has cable and a DVD player so you can catch up on your favorite shows or have a family movie night!

Although this beautiful home has many notable features, the recently-remodeled full kitchen is undeniably the cherry on top! Artfully decorated in a vibrant turquoise and with all the appliances necessary to make everything from a midnight snack to a delicious dinner, the chef of the group will feel right at home here. The table in the dining room is set for six, although a bistro table on the deck invites you to enjoy your meal al fresco on warm summer days.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of space to spread out, there is more than enough room for up to eight. The master bedroom has a memory foam queen bed, private bathroom, and a view of the lake from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The second bedroom has coastal decor and a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin mattress on top and a double bed on the bottom. Another twin trundle bed in this room makes it a perfect place for younger guests!

Although there is plenty of space for everything that you might want to bring, don't fret about having to overpack - your clothes will stay fresh and clean thanks to the provided washer and dryer.

From the decor to the amenities, the emphasis is on fun in this house. Challenge your friends or family to a game of Ping-Pong in the recreation room before heading to the hot tub on the deck to watch the sun set over the lake. Although the view might take your breath away, don't forget to snap a few pictures to send to friends back home using the wireless Internet.

With so much to do within the confines of this cozy lakeside home, you don't need to wander far for an afternoon full of fun. However, if you're feeling so inclined, there are a variety of notable sights worth visiting - all within a convenient distance of your front door!

If you're feeling adventurous, there are plenty of outdoor activities that will keep you entertained year-round. Priest Lake and Sandpoint Elks are the local golf courses. Learn more about the area with a visit to the Bonner County History Museum, located in Lakeview Park. In addition to the museum, the park has picnic areas, a playground, tennis courts, and an arboretum. Adults in the group will enjoy a visit to Pend d'Oreille Winery or Laughing Dog, a local craft brewery.

Whether you're looking for outdoor adventures or hoping for a relaxing retreat surrounded by a breathtakingly beautiful landscape, this fun Idaho vacation rental is the perfect choice! With all of the comforts of home, you'll find yourself wanting to return year after year.

This house is perfect if you want to relax, turn off the electronics and enjoy the view. In a quiet area on a big hill, this place just lets you breathe in the fresh air and listen to nature. Not far from Sandpoint and local forests, it brings peach to a busy life. Had our family of 7 there and worked well for all. Glad to have stayed in a house and have space to visit or be away from each other. I would rent again.

We stayed here in late September (3 old high school friends all >70). Would not hesitate to go back. House is very well-equipped, quite nice inside, & really comfortable. Deck has most anything you'd like to have to enjoy the weather & the scenery. Hot tub worked great, but if you're not used to one or handling the chemicals....bring a friend or get a book. We had some early minor problems but 2 of us had hot tubs @ home so handled it w/o problems. Hot tub does need some system to make getting in/out easier & safer (especially true for older folks). View is spectacular. Just breathtaking. Aren't enough words to describe it. Consider a visit to the Bird Aviation Museum & Invention Center; not far away, free, & interesting. Unless you're a water person there's not a lot otherwise to see or do. Many fine restaurants in town to visit. was a terrific trip. I'd recommend it highly to couples, families, or groups.

We loved the home and had a wonderful time. It was clean and the view was beautiful. The only downer was that there was a mouse in the house which we saw a couple times scampering across the floor. That was a little unnerving for us sleeping on mats on the floor. We called management and someone came out but they did not do anything about it the days that we were there. Hopefully the matter was taken care of for future guests. Other than that we had a great time.

Just well put together place with nice deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

When you rent, there are often surprises. Not here. Aspen Sku was just as beautiful and clean as described.

Really loved staying here. Aside from spotty WiFi and old ping pong balls it was a perfect vacation home.

Incredible view from the hot tub! Cool mid-century modern furnishings and fully stocked kitchen made for a memorable vacation. Would recommend this place to anyone. Needs to have a better mattress or topper for the master. Also, air the place out before guests stay. Otherwise, wonderful.

This was such a great getaway spot. The home was perfect! We loved how the owners thought of every last detail and the vintage touches throughout were so fun! You won't be disappointed!

This house was very comfortable for our family gathering. Everything was very clean and decor was fresh. There were plenty of towels, dishes, hot water, and room for all. The lake view from the deck was gorgeous. The town of Hope was nearby for those forgotten items. Close to lake or skiing. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Don't waste your money on this house, as you will not have an enjoyable time. Trains all day (and all night) long, blasting their horns at the crossing just below the house.

Indeed a secret gem I have now stayed at this house twice once for a Brother's getaway And once with the wife and kid's, it's fantastic. With a view that is second to none and minutes away from the lake and a small secluded park that sits along the edge of the lake. The house is alive with bright and exciting colors that make you fell like you are on vacation. While we are visiting, we like to take a quick 10 min trip over to Dover Bay, where we rent a boat and spend the day on the lake.
After that, we come back BBQ on the beautiful deck followed up by a
soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset. If you can't, make a stay at this house fun you better check your pulse.

We traveled from Alberta with my father from UK, what a memorable time we had in a beautiful clean comfy house it was perfect. We certainly made some lasting memories on our family trip. The house was perfectly located with a million dollar view of the lake and so clean and comfy it had everything we needed. Great area to explore and handy for Sandpoint. We will definately return in the future.

Me and my Seven Brothers travel to a random location
Every year for the last ten year's and for the first time ever, we all agreed that we would return to this location. Vacasa was a 10 to work with and the property flawless. You would have to work very hard to find something to complain about.

Staying here with a million dollar view was worth the extra spent to get the privacy we were looking for. The amount saved with dining in out weighed the cost and the views were better then any of the finest restaurants around!! We loved all the kitchen amenities, easy access to the boat launch, and all the extras this house had to offer.

Really great view of the lake. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

We spent most of our time soaking in the hot tub and relaxing. The view was priceless.
