The only reason I do not give it a 10 is because we had a bad experience with the elevator. It had our two young girls in it ages 10 and it got stuck. It wouldnt move from the 3rd floor or even open the doors to let them out. It was a very scary and tramatic experience for these girls and us as parents as we were trying to urge the elevator to come down, they were in a panic when they final came down being in there 10-15 minutes. Also a few of the owners that live there were not the friendliest, they seem agitated that there were still vacationers there late in the summer.
Manager response:
We're very sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. This issue occurred under a previous management company. Our local teams are working with that company to learn from feedback and fix any issues. We just started managing this unit and would love for you to try staying with Vacasa in the future to experience our world-class service.

The condo was very beautiful and clean.

The unit was the perfect size and location, and it was beautifully decorated. We did have one sliding door that would not open, another sliding door that the handle was duct taped on which fell off, and a toilet in the master bathroom which ran all the time. Also, the main reason we chose this condo was for the indoor pool in case of bad weather. Unfortunately, it was closed our entire trip because the keypad was broken. We had a wonderful trip and would love to stay in this unit again, but for the price I would expect these issues to all be repaired.
