If you're tired after spending the day at the beach and would like to cool off, you can take a dip in one of the many pools available: the community outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, or children's pool if you happen to travel with kids! Soothe your muscles in the shared hot tub or work them out at the shared fitness room. Other amenities include basketball and tennis courts, a grilling area, a private boardwalk, and beach chair and umbrella rentals available for a seasonal fee.
If you're after endless entertainment and delicious dining, head for The Wharf. It features fishing and boating activities, one of the largest Ferris Wheels, a mini-golf course, arcades, and even a zipline course! You'll also find The Wharf Amphitheater, where some of the country's hottest bands also perform. Golfers, pack your clubs and hit the links at the nearby Craft Farms and Peninsula golf courses; both are 10 and 12 miles respectively. If you're into outdoor activities, the Gulf State Park is two miles from you and offers visitors two miles of powdery sands and the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico! There you can also find freshwater lakes where you can take a boat ride or glide along in a kayak, cycle and hike through scenic and memorable backcountry trails, and even enjoy an on-site restaurant.

* Due to construction, parking at Pelican Pointe is currently limited to one vehicle per unit. Passes must be purchased on-site through the Security Guard at Pelican Pointe. Parking passes are $30/each (price may be higher for renters staying longer than 30 days) and can be paid via cash or check to the Security Guard. A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season. Thank you!
*Construction due to Hurricane Sally repairs is ongoing at the complex and is expected to continue through the rest of the year. The availability of amenities is subject to the repairs at the time. The elevators are also expecting repairs and may be unavailable intermittently. Parking is restricted to one pass per unit due to construction.
