As I mentioned in the other survey, all the mattresses need to be replaced and the condos a/c needs to more equally dispersed throughout. The kitchen and living were much cooler than the bedrooms

Our Summerhouse 702A got under our skin. The following is why: The master bath sink drain leaked. The dishwasher failed. The guest bathroom toilet tank kept running off and was almost inaccessible. The garbage disposal backed up. The master bath mat has mold growing under it with no way to lift it to clean. The glass sliding doors in the master and guest bedrooms were always off the track. The outdoor furniture is in very bad shape. Maintenance was very helpful, but it seemed like if it wasn't one thing it was another. We are switching Condos next year to 302 in the B building.
