Clean and convenient. We had five of us staying here. It had a nice kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. We could walk to the main strip in 5 minutes or so. I would stay here again for sure.

This condo was beautiful, clean and very close to the strip. We could walk right to all the activities but far enough a way to feel like you are in the mountains. Beautiful view and you can definitely tell it has been updated.

Unit 114 was very nice and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The porch has a neat view of the pool and stream down below. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The reason for 4 stars is due to a couple of things. One is that the A/C unit wasn’t consistent in keeping the condo cool. Two is that this is the second time we have stayed at Baskins Creek in the last few years and the hot tub has never been accessible/working which is disappointing. The only other comment is that it would be really nice to be able to access the building some other way than the elevators (especially given the current situation with the pandemic). At least one of the stairwells should have a code access so that one doesn’t have to use the elevators. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location.

There are two entrances to access the building, and the code provided will work for both so you can use the elevator or the front. The pool and spa are seasonal and are now fully functioning. Would have been a 10, loved the place, loved the location. Gave it a 9 because the access key to the room and elevator was annoying. Smaller codes would be nice, and I never got an elevator code, I had to call for that one.

Pros: 1. Location. This rental is far enough from the main Gatlinburg parkway to avoid most traffic noise, but close enough to walk everywhere. 2. The entire condo was clean and well-kept. 3. Easy access to vehicle/elevator/rooms, almost "too" easy; the 8-digit elevator pass-code seemed strange to me at first until I realized it's direct access to tenant rooms from the outside. 4. Perfect layout and accommodations for me, my wife, and our three children. 5. Spacious living areas. Each bedroom, bathroom, and living area was well sized and never felt "cramped". Cons: 1. The only issue I had with this rental experience was our check-in day. Our rental agreement indicated an email, text, or phone call would be received in order to receive final check-in documentation for address/directions, door codes, etc. This communication wasn't received as of 4:00 PM Eastern on check-in day, so I had to locate the Customer Service phone number to call and obtain the information.
