There are plenty of places in town to rent out sporting equipment, or you could head out to sea on a fishing charter or whale-watching crew - the coast is spectacular any time of year!

Ecola State Park is less than a mile away with unbelievable views, trails, and Sea Lion Rock. Of course, you can always venture into town for a better vista of Haystack Rock (or the 'Goonies' rocks), a famous site along the Oregon coastline! Cannon Beach also offers countless options for bars, restaurants, and shopping, and there are many daytrips you could take along the famous Highway 101.
