House was clean and well kept. The only thing I think could be better is the patio furniture we spent a lot of time on the deck and the seating wasn’t very comfortable

We had a great stay at Beary Comfy cabin. It is in a prime location so close to all the things the area has to offer. The cabin does need a few minor repairs though. Several cabinets were missing knobs and several light bulbs were burned out. Overall, we had a great stay.

Cabin was clean,quiet, spacious for two people. Issues with the fireplace were resolved quickly. Heating/ air conditioning was inconsistent but not a real issue because the weather was perfect for the time we were here. Beds were soft for us but probably suitable for someone else. We would come again.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean, good location.
Does have cobwebs and the road is a little scary for someone not used to mountain driving. Overall, loved it. Very secluded for being in such a congested area. Would definitely recommend.

My family stayed at the cabin named Beary Comfy in Pigeon Forge. Upon arrival while parking we could smell the garbage cans since they were full from previous guests.
When we entered we noticed the carpet had numerous pet stains. My family wore flip flops during our stay. The unit was dusty with spider webs. If you like coffee pack your own because they don’t provide any.
While sleeping I was bitten about 20 times. I contacted customer service letting them know and she put in a maintenance request. After inspecting I was told there were numerous spiders inside.
Since then I had to visit a doctor and prescribed a strong antibiotic and prescription ointment. Management doesn’t seem to care since communication has stopped.

The property is staffed with everything you would need and a great location in between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, only downside at the time darts were broke

We loved our stay at “Beary Confy”. Great location, very private and with a relaxing forest feel. The property was impecable and very well equipped. Comfortable and pretty.

We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend this property.

The Beary Comfy cabin was the perfect size for my husband, my teenager, myself, and our Dog. Everything was in working order. The TV's are great, there's cable and Netflix. There were board games and books to read. The pool table was nice, we didn't use the dart board. They could use a new queen bed it's not really comfy. We come to the Smokies every year and this was the first time we took our dog with us on a trip so I didn't know what to expect. There really isn't a good patch of grass for the dog to do their business. So if your doggie needs a good patch to go this might not be the cabin for you. You are on the side of a hill with a drop. One thing that isn't listed is a slow cooker, there is one in the cabin. I wished I would have known, I would have planned meals differently. But there are no pizza pans. Other then that the kitchen is well stocked. I made dinner or grilled everyday. I would stay here again. My really only complaint would be this Vacasa company. We usually use VRBO but this was a last minute plan. I couldn't booked the dog online and had to call them to do it. I was on hold for 57 minutes. Their dog fee is outrageous also. I had to call again when we got here because the cleaning people didn't take the garbage and it was a 47 minute hold. The cabin is great the rental company is meh.

The cabin was amazing. So clean and we'll stocked. Everything we needed was there. My son rented a cabin for all of us to stay for two nights together before my husband has surgery again the end of this month, he has stage 4 cancer. We spent one night at the cabin he got and got our money back because that cabin was awful, nothing worked, so we searched for another and found this cabin. We reserved this cabin online through and within minutes we was booked and sitting inside a beautiful and clean cabin with no hassle at all. Our stay was amazing. The cabin was everything we could have asked for and so much more. Thank you for making this time with my family so great. I didn't want our stay to end.

We had some thing that was not up to snuff. We had two ceiling fans in the bedrooms that did not work , porch light was out, TV in the front room was not working right. up stair knob was missing on closet door, darts was missing points. All of these was address by your staff.

Our initial trip up to the home was a little scary for Floridians. We were not expecting it to be so high up in the mountains and a a narrow road. By the end of our visit we became use to it. The home was clean and spacious. Beautiful trees all around. I would suggest for the comforters to be updated as they were very thin and the sheets were older even had a hole in one. Overall though a good experience.
