We spent two nights at this beautiful home. Located at the end of a gorgeous road with lots of privacy and spectacular mountain views everywhere! The house is very well appointed. Even radiant floors through the house and a heated garage to keep our equipment and car warm. Took a hike outside the door and saw an adorable red fox and a moose! Worth the few minutes it takes to get to Main Street! Feels like a real mountain retreat

The location was really felt like you were in God's country! The house was not huge square footage wise...but it was laid out so well if felt much bigger! Huge kitchen that had EVERYTHING you needed! Upper and lower living rooms made it easy for the kids/adults to have their 'own space'.
Couple of things to note: Dishwasher needs to be just didn't clean the dishes...not a big deal...we just didn't want the owners to think we were being messy.
...and the iron in the water is a bit off-putting. I would think a water softener could alleviate the problem? Let the water run and you're fine but the iron leaves rusty rings in faucet bowls/toilet bowls and when you walk in it's a bit of a shocker.
Like I said, we loved the house, the location...heck, we'd make you an offer to buy the place! The minor drawbacks I mentioned do not take away from the experience...just something for renters to note.
Manager response:
Stephen, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! Please know that local staff is in the area available to assist guests if there is anything that may need attention during the visit. We appreciate the feedback regarding the dishwasher, as we use your input as a means to improve. We look forward to hosting you next time!

Great mountain home! Super spacious, fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances, smart TV's throughout the home, and super comfy beds! Only a short drive from Breckenridge, and here you have total privacy. The views are amazing and the fresh mountain air is breathtaking!

Let me start by saying the name fits the house perfectly, it’s definitely worth the climb. You will need 4 wheel drive with out a doubt. First things first I like to cook and felt they had everything I needed. All pots and pans were new which I loved. The beds are so so comfy!! Plenty of games for all ages. And the views it’s like looking at a piece of art buts it’s the views outside. We actually saw a fox while we were there which excited us all! Oh and how can I forget another must of mine is it must be clean, which it was. I highly recommend making the climb. Oh yes, for all you skiers, ski resorts are close too. And I love that we can have our other family members join the pups as they love running outside.
