This is located at Cedar Breaks lodge. The pool and hot tubs are awesome. The room is good for sleeping. Pretty tight quarters and don't plan on cooking big meals. The trundle under the bunk bed made it nice.

I took my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren (ages 6 & 4) to this destination for a 3 day/2 night stay between Christmas and New Years. The snow was perfect! The parking directly under the condos made it very easy to stay out of the cold while loading and unloading our bags. Direct access to the elevator with luggage carts readily available was an added bonus. Check in was very easy and the front desk staff were very informative about amenities, hours, etc.
The weather was REALLY cold when we arrived. Luckily, the gift shop had crafts that could be purchased for a small fee ($6.00 to paint a ceramic figure). The kids quickly chose a project and began painting their ceramic owls. During the evening the kids wanted to try out the hot tub. They have done an excellent job of accommodating kids and adults by having a steamy hot tub and a heated, but not steamy, pool for kids to play in. The kids had a great time and made friends with the other kids in the pool.

The next day we awoke to bright, warm sunshine. We headed over to the tubing area. The check in process is quite lengthy as you are required to fill out a waiver for each person who will be riding. Apparently you are able to do this on line before arriving to purchase tickets, which I would highly recommend. I was a little surprised that the cost to go tubing was $30.00 per person for a session lasting 1.5 hours. But, the moving sidewalk that takes you and your tube up the hill was a huge bonus. If the $30.00 is out of your budget, take your own sledding equipment and walk across the street from the condo where there is a really great sledding area for free. Just be prepared to lug your equipment back up the hill. This is what we did on our third day.

Our host offered us a late check out of 7:00 p.m. for a very reasonable additional fee, so we were able to spend the first half of our departure day playing in the snow again.
The only thing that I would have preferred would have been a larger “kitchen” area in the condo. We had brought our own food and planned to eat in. The kitchen area of the condo is not conducive to cooking. A crock pot would have helped, but was not available. Next time I will make sure to take my own.

All in all, this was a great family vacation that the kids and adults all enjoyed.
