Great location. Perfect for a family of four. If you plan to cook in, recommend bringing a set of knives. The cooking utensils, especially thr serrated knifes were pretty bad.

Like the location but we had many issues with our stay. Fridge is broken the seal lets warm air in and wouldn’t keep our food cold and light is out. We literally had to prop a chair against and shove a towel in to make it chill our food. Oven took at least 40 minutes to preheat and stove top would not boil water. BBQ is completely broken. Not enough TP and garbage bags. Beds were very creaky and only three slats held them together. One pillow per guest not adequate. Window latch was broken and window open when we arrived... my husband had to fix it with tools so we could have air conditioning. No privacy blinds in bedroom only zip tied hanging blinds that would twirl around and let in sunlight and peeking eyes out on deck. Coffee maker took forever, almost non functioning. Pots and pans were super old and in terrible condition we actually had to buy our own to cook one night properly. Really liked the actual condo and amenities (pool/park) but all of these glaring issues made our stay one where we will not rent from this unit ever again.

I really loved the condo itself and the location...
Unfortunately there were more cons than pros for us.
I arrived and walked into a hot condo. Played around with the AC to find out it does not work. I immediately contacted Vacasa, mind you they texted earlier in the day to just text the phone number with any questions or concerns. I didn't receive a response until very late the NEXT day. I had to spend two hours cleaning the entire unit, had to wash sheets and comforters that had not been washed and had pet hair all over them. There wasn't a pool key in the room and the keypad to the pool was disabled so I wasn't able to utilize the pool the first day there. The code I was given also didn't open the room to get to the elevator to go down for the garage, so every single time I would have to walk around to get into a garage that never even closed either. I don't mind walking, but I do mind not being responded to... Finally on the second day another guest staying at the resort let me into the room where the elevator is. There was a note posted on the door with the Property Manager's phone number and email on it. It said to text the number so I did. He was very polite and came over within the hour. He then also realized the AC wasn't working (duh, I'm sure housekeeping realized that also when they "cleaned" before we came." He said he'd have someone over the next morning to fix it, Monday was a holiday so I understood. He got us a pool key and left. Never addressed the cleaning issues, but I let it go bc at this point I just wanted to enjoy myself and relax with my family. Tuesday comes, no repairman for AC. I didn't receive a response from Vacasa again so I let it go and spent my day at the lake! The condo itself was nice, great location. Definitely needs new mattresses and a vacuum in the unit so you can vacuum furniture and the unit itself. During this pandemic I assumed hotels would follow CDC cleaning guidelines but whatever. I did it all myself, which is whatever. I'm just shocked at how terrible the service was from Vacasa they should at least give a contact at the property since they fail to respond. Oh and I forgot to mention, I only heard back from Vacasa after the property manager showed up. Unfortunately due to all of the mishaps I have to give a 2/5 stars. I won't be back.

We love the unit, everything was there that made our stay enjoyable. We took advantage of the hot tub, our unit was very close which was great!
The key pad for the elevators and the parking garage didn’t work for us. That was super annoying.
