Location- It's conveniently located within walking distance (10 mins) to downtown Ludlow. Apartment- It's located on the 2nd floor. Entry is in the back of the building through the wooden stairs- could be an issue for those with mobility issue. There's plenty of space in the apartment- 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a huge couch in the living room. Rooms- There are total 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with queen bed, and the other two rooms are each with 1 queen (lower) + 1 twin (upper) bunk beds. There is not much closet space and the beds take up most of the space for each room. The beds are quite comfy and the sheets are soft. Heating/cooling- I did remember seing a window A/C next to the kitchen. Did not check if each room has an A/C unit. There is a thermostat outside of bathroom to adjust the heat. The heat wrks quite well while we were there. Parking- There is a driveway for parking. Fiona is also considering to install electric vehicle chargers for those with EVs. Alternatively, for those with EVs, you can charge at nearby Jackson Gore Resort parking lots for free. Communication- Fiona is pretty quick to respond. Overall, I would recomment Fiona's place while visiting Ludlow, VT.

Big open space that's great for hanging out. Easy to use kitchen with stuff on hand (oil, salt, etc.) so you don’t have to bring every little thing. Plus, convenient to Okemo and local hikes, super convenient to town.

Very amazing place the only this is, it gets hot in the summer so a fan or air conditioner is definitely needed. Overall amazing experience.

Just got home from a very relaxing week at this gem. When we first arrived, it smelled amazing. It was clean and full of amenitites. Lots of room. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful but respects your privacy. Easy walk to town to explore what they have to offer. We were here in the summer but hope to visit again during the winter ski season.

Ludlow is such a sweet, quaint town. We found some amazing restaurants and the views were great! We went in the summer so it was quiet. Fionna's house is definitely a must for the winter ski season. Lots of space and plenty of room for people to sleep. All the amenities you need are there as well!

The home was just as advertised. Clean and comfy with all of the amenities required for a great ski weekend. Out family of four has a very nice time and we'd stay at the Woods House again.

Stayed here for a weekend trip at Okemo with 6 friends. The place was perfect. Spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, and more than enough sleeping space. It was also really helpful that we were able to check in any time we wanted, as we were coming from Philly and didn't arrive until about midnight on out first night of stay. Overall, we had a great experience, and I'll definately be looking to stay here again during our next trip to Okemo.

Fiona was very responsive and a great host. The kitchen and living area are both large and open which was great since there were 9 of us and we spent the majority of our time in the communal areas. The location couldn't have been better. On the shuttle route and a 5 minute drive to the mountain and right next to the town. Fiona was extremely accommodating and we would definately stay here again!

My friends and I had a great time at the Woods Ski House. Fiona was amazing. She was very accommodating to our needs and made the house very cozy and comfortable. Everytime I've contacted her, it was a pleasure. I'd go to her house and ski at Okemo every weekend if possible.

We enjoyed our stay at Woods Ski House. The rental was fairly price for what was offered. The refrigerator and pantry was left partially full in "pay-it-forward" manner; we took some we left some. When we arrived there were some missing sheets and there could have been some additional towels. We mentioned this to the management and were immediately supplied with what we needed, with smiles on their faces. The neighborhood was set back from the hustle and bustle of "tourist-land", yet close enough to reach by foot if a restuarant meal was desired (5 minute walk). We were happy to find a washer and dryer in the cellar. Overall, I would give SERVICE five stars (perfect), CLEANLINESS four stars (excellent), and GENERAL CONDITION three stars (GOOD); perfect for families. OVERALL I would rate our experience four stars.
