This home is first of all adorable and clean. It fit my 2 kids, Mom, and Aunt very comfortably. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the home is totally stocked with everything you need. The shower pressure is amazing. We brought our projector and enjoyed movie night in the amazing backyard. We also enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch. The WiFi and TV options were great as well.
The home is enough removed from downtown to enjoy peace and quiet, but close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We were on the beach in under 10 minutes and a very easy walk from the house. We will stay here every time we come to Seaside.

I loved the house and how close it was to the beach.

We loved many things about the house. The sunroom was our favorite place to lounge, read or daydream. I loved the art, little sculptures, and the decor.
We particularly appreciated things in the kitchen. There was a toaster, a blender and coffee maker, There LOTs of pots and pans. There were plenty of knives and they were sharp. Plenty of dishes, bowls, towels. Even a turkey baster! No garlic press but that was the only thing we lacked!
The bed was comfortable and we slept well.
The round coffee table in the living room was a delight. We put a puzzle together on it. We quickly discovered that it rotated! It was fun and made it so much easier!
There were lots of things that made us smile.
There were a couple things that were not so great. Only some windows opened and some windows that did open didnt have screens. Half the windows that did open had big holes in the screens.
We apologize for the issues with the windows and screens. We have notified the local management team to have them address these issues. We hope we have the chance to host you again in the future.

Everything about this home is wonderful. It is a bit north of Seaside downtown, so when you walk the barely two blocks to the beach, you find it mostly empty. That being said, to walk downtown takes about ten minutes, so you are close to everything. The home is very loved, you can tell that from the decorations and comfort you experience upon arrival. When I think of a beach house, this is it. Yes, it is old, but that is part of the charm. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in, the water pressure in the shower gives one a massage! The kitchen has every type of pot and pan needed. The backyard is spacious for those times you just want a quiet spot to chill. My favorite place was the sunroom, where I spent many hours reading. I cannot wait to return.

Absolutely loved this beach cottage. Great care and love was obviously put into this place, as well as a great eye for details. Retains the heart of historical charm while updated with modern comfort. Tons of games (and Netflix too), amazingly comfortable beds, and I loved hanging out on the covered front porch in the super nice neighborhood - and so close to the beach! We can't wait to come back.

We loved this little house. It's perfect if you have little kiddos, since one of the little bedrooms has a tv. Every little detail was thought of, plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen items.

We loved the sun room/nook. The house was very small and old fashion. Decorated to it's age! Comfortable and cozy as well as the cleanliness far excised or expectations due to our last stay with Vacasa! We will be booking with Vacasa again and again!

We were very happy to find this cottage-style home tucked away from traffic in Seaside. The previous commenter's concern about the home being "very old" is understandable; the place was obviously built as a smaller cabin and then added-on as needed - but for us that is part of the charm. We enjoyed the king-sized bed, the tidy kitchen, and the sun porch in particular. We also loved the Mission-style rocking chair. If you're looking for a place that has individual charm and doesn't feel like a hotel, give it a shot. Easy walking distance to the beach; easy to find. We'll be back.

Super old but maintained house two blocks away from the ocean. The only disappointing thing was no tub just a shower.
