Madison B. Mar 2020
We went for one night. When we got there, the guy at the Winery didn’t know how to get us in the room and we were not sent any door codes. We had to call to get the codes. When we came in our part of the building, the lights were off and the switches were broken so we had to go up a flight of stairs in the dark with no handrails (while carrying luggage). Then the door was so warped that we used all of our strength to get it open. We booked the place for the kitchen and right off the bat we saw that the oven was broken and above the oven were a bundle of wires sticking out of the wall by 2-3 inches. I am not sure if these wires were live or not, but it did not seem safe. I took pictures and I wish I could post these to show. Overall, the room was clean and pretty decent. The bed frames was extremely creaky and loud. For $150 I thought we were going to get more and not have to struggle so hard just to unlock the door. I am not sure I would recommend this place until the problems are fixed.
Manager response:
