This oceanfront home sits immediately south of Stengel Beach, right along one of the most scenic stretches of coastline in Sea Ranch. The ocean bluffs are only 60 feet away, allowing you direct access to the Bluff Trail - the incredible oceanfront path that runs almost the entire length of Sea Ranch, connecting to a network of other trails in the community. You'll be a quarter-mile stroll (or a half-mile drive) from the Ohlson Recreation Center, which offers a large heated outdoor pool, saunas, and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. You can tee off at the Sea Ranch Golf Links four miles north, or head into downtown Gualala (six miles north) to grab breakfast at Trinks Cafe, pick up fresh groceries at the Surf Market, or browse the wonderful selection at Four-Eyed Frog Books.
