Dave was super helpful with getting us settled in and helping us out when we needed to book a few extra nights. Derek sorted out our booking for extending one night and booking another room nearby. I don't remember the name of who we spoke to about the switching of rooms but when it came time you guys made it so easy for us, taking our bags over was pleasantly surprising and really stood out to us. Just overall had an amazing time and you guys made a really stressful situation become a breeze so thank you!

We booked this unit for a family ski holiday to help us cut costs by cooking our own meals. The single room condo offers a refrigerator, sink, electric cook-top, electric wok, and a good assortment of kitchen utensils. The room sleeps 6 comfortably with two single bunks, a pull-down double bed, and a double sleeper sofa. By rearranging the furniture provided, we were able to convert between a comfortable dining room, sleeping room, and living room. The single bathroom was in good condition, and there was plenty of hot water for 6 showers. \n\nAll-in-all this is a comfortable room with views of Keystone ski resort. From the room, you can walk across the entry road, through the main parking lot, and across the Keystone village to the main gondola in about 15-minutes (wearing ski boots). There is also a ski bus stop that stops frequently at the main lobby. We ran our own ski shuttle from the underground parking lot to the slopes, which takes maybe 5-minutes each way.\n\nOutside the room, the property offers underground parking, an indoor pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, garbage chutes a main lobby area with space for sitting, watching TV, or sitting by the fireplace. Retail units line the ground floor with plenty of outdoor parking. There is a ski shop, restaurant/bar, grocery/liquor store, and a real estate office. The area is convenient to meet all of your basic (ski) needs, even if it doesn't have a ton of character.
