Here at Tidewater Beach Resort, you'll have a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast each morning, 600 feet of private beach (with free seasonal beach service), and resort facilities that include multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot gym with a steam room and sauna, and an arcade.

What’s nearby:
You'll be just a few steps from a Starbucks and Waves Bar & Grill at the resort, as well as Oishi Thai Restaurant and Sushi Bar and Marco’s Pizza across the street. Pier Park is three-quarters of a mile down the road, offering over 100 stores, restaurants, and plentiful sources of entertainment, from Dave & Buster’s to an IMAX movie theater. The Aaron Bessant Amphitheater (the site of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Unwined, and a summer concert series) is three-quarters of a mile east, with the Russell-Fields Pier and Gulf World just beyond.

Parking Notes: Parking spaces aren't dedicated. Parking Garage is located across the street from building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a skybridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the sky bridge, go to the Vacasa desk located on the ground floor. This is where you can pick up your parking passes (max of 2 per unit). You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities with your parking pass. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses or other oversized vehicles are not allowed parked on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7ft2in height is allowed in the garage. For the
safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the
garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at renter’s expense.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Water Access: On the ground floor, on the East and West sides, there are hallways that lead to the beach access. There are signs to direct you. There is a gate to get to the beach and a code is required.

First and foremost the view was incredible! My family enjoyed this spacious condo! We did however buy a spatula and measuring spoons and left them with the unit because both were missing, however it was did not stop me from leaving a great review! Vacasa did an amazing job at making sure my experience was more than amazing! I would recommend the unit needing to upgrade their living room furniture as it seemed a bit old, but again that’s my opinion. The king bed and twin bunks were very comfortable, and having a broom and vacuum on hand were handy when it came to cleaning! Again I give this condo 5 stars because the view, comfortability, space, and amenities at the resort were more than great! We will be back next year!

This condo is equivalent to a stay in a roach motel. Everything from the doors, walls, curtains, gross carpet, inch thick dust on ceiling fan, and the furniture could not be sat on without covering first. We have traveled ALOT and I have never encountered a stay such as this (especially a beach front condo). Very disappointing stay!

We waited 45 minutes plus every time we left the room to use the elevators. We were on the 16th floor with smaller kids so using the stairs every time was also ridiculous! Would not stay here again just bc of this.

It is noted in the emails Vacasa sent that "you may experience longer than usual wait times while waiting for the elevator during peak season and at high occupancy times. We understand this is inconvenient so please be patient with us as we are working to rectify this issue. Please be aware that peak times of the day are 930-1030 and 330-430 when people are checking in and checking out." Unfortunately, this is an HOA issue but Vacasa is trying our best to resolve the issue. We hope you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to getting another chance to impress you in the future!
