This is an older condo, but is well equipped for a family. 4 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room and the outdoor dining was a great bonus. This condo building has easy beach access and great chair service; the beach isn’t too crowded so a front row beach chair was easy to come by (for early birds). The condo has an ocean view but directly overlooks a street, which isn’t uncommon for the area.

This great condo served our family of 4 well for a few days at the beach. Beach view from the porch was beautiful! The two separate sleeping areas for our 2 kids was also a great bonus. Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked. The entire unit was super clean and very well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We were here the wrong time of year. Too busy. Sat on my balcony one night and it sounded like there were 20 people in a condo on a balcony not far from us. I don’t like assigned seating on the beach. I’m an adult, I should be able to sit where I want to. I don’t want to sit next to someone who is listening to s radio or other loud music. Earphones should be mandatory or better radios allowed on the beach. My condo was beautiful and clean. Kudos to the cleaning crew! We had everything we needed for our stay.

It was our first time at Dunes of Seagrove, and we enjoyed the location. The condo was mostly clean. The ceramic stovetop was very dirty. I have one at home and know they are very hard to keep clean; however, a little baking soda/dish liquid paste does wonders! The master shower/tub area seemed to need a little more attention to cleaning. The living room sliding door —did not work properly and needs to be replaced probably. We decided we would not use that door and access the balcony through the master bedroom. We were afraid to use the living room door. The bedroom TVs did not work Thursday night, Friday, and Friday night before our departure on Saturday. We woke up Friday morning to a leak in the bathroom ceiling above the shower. There had obviously been a problem before we checked in. A prior patch job had not been painted. Most of that plaster fell in the shower, down the front of the shower, and onto the floor. The leak extended 6 or so inches, as sheetrock tape and mud had pulled away slightly from the ceiling. My husband went to the office to report the problem. A maintenance worker did come look; but the problem was obviously coming from the floor above. He left and never returned to our condo that day. We used the other shower Friday/Friday night. The only issue we reported was the leak in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful condo, great location. Only minor thing that kept it from a 10 is the hot water ran out quick for a condo that sleeps up to 8 people and the kitchen cooking pans and cooking utensils were cheap and hard to clean. We could see that other people that stayed there also had a hard time cleaning the pans. We chose not to use the pans. This was only minor. We loved the place and location.
Manager response:
We're very sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. This issue occurred under a previous management company. Our local teams are working with that company to learn from feedback and fix any issues. We just started managing this unit and would love for you to try staying with Vacasa in the future to experience our world-class service.
