Newly renovated home with private hot tub and all the home essentials

Your dreams of an escape to the rustic paradise of Big Bear Lake are about to come true, and they're even better than you hoped! This newly remodeled, four-bedroom, two-bath Big Bear Lake vacation rental with a private hot tub and wood-burning fireplace goes above and beyond expectations with its convenient location and breathtaking design and decor!

Located just under a mile from Snow Summit. this home is close enough to the attractions that make Big Bear famous without sacrificing the peace and quiet of the mountainscape. Opportunities for fishing, boating, and jet skiing during the warmer months, and skiing, snowboarding, and tubing in the winter, are all within close proximity.

When you first enter this gorgeous homestead, you'll feel instantly transported to a cozy, old-fashioned hunting lodge! The living room is spacious enough for the whole family, featuring a large sectional couch, a wood-burning fireplace, flatscreen TV, and free WiFi. The newly renovated lightly colored walls and large windows above the couch create an atmosphere of being in the middle of the wilderness, far away from the stresses of everyday life.

Despite its bucolic decor, this home has all the modern conveniences you expect from a vacation home. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of counter space to make cooking easy for the entire family. Once your fabulous feast is ready to serve, guests can dine in the nearby dining room, where a large table and chairs can accommodate up to six adults, plus two more on bar stools at the counter.

After dinner, leave the dining room to explore the front deck, which leads to a lovely gazebo, featuring a charcoal BBQ grill and private hot tub. Sit back and relax, and enjoy the refreshing night air (you can even throw a load of laundry into the private washer and dryer on the first floor of the home before heading out for a soak in the hot tub!)

When you and (up to eight other guests) are ready to call it a night, head to one of four bedrooms. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and a lovely view of the gazebo and hot tub. The master bedroom shares a full bathroom (with a shower and tub) with the second bedroom, located just down the hall with a full bed and TV.

Upstairs, the third bedroom hosts two twin-size beds, a king bed, a futon in front of a TV, and deck access (this bedroom would be perfect for older kids or teenagers that can be trusted with deck access). This room shares a bathroom with a stand-up shower with the fourth bedroom. The final bedroom features a cozy armchair beside its full-size bed.

When the fire is on and the hot tub is bubbling, you may be tempted to stay here at your awesome abode for your entire vacation. However, there is lots to do in Big Bear, with Bear Mountain just under four miles away and Snow Summit only two miles away, offering skiing, snowboarding, tubing, local shops, and boutiques. Other nearby attractions less than five miles away include The Alpine Zoo. You can also seek water recreation at the marinas to the south where you can rent all the equipment you might need for fishing, boating, or jet skiing.

We're confident that after a few days staying at this Big Bear vacation rental, you will have to think twice about leaving the beauty and peace of Big Bear mountain! A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

This cabin was a great for a "working getaway." The location was very close to all restaurants, shops, etc., but also far enough away to be nice and quiet for work. The large deck and tucked away spa were great for sitting outside and relaxing at the end of the day. This cabin would be a great spot for a group, with plenty of space for all.

The location is centralized in the town making all the amenities very easy to access

Everybody in our party loved the place . Spacious front & back yard. Next year we will again stay at the Bob cat den. We actually built a small hill made of snow for the kids to go sledding because it was hard to find a location to go sledding. We had a great time making memories. Our only problem is that check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am. Timothy troublefield was helpful with answering my questions and emails promptly. Thank you again. Reserve my spot for next year!
