*PLEASE NOTE: In order to operate vacation rentals within this residential building, we are required by Belltown Court to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and permanent address for all guests. Our Belltown Court Condos also require personal check-in service, which will be arranged with our Greeter prior to your arrival, and signed acknowledgment of the Belltown Court community rules. A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Parking Notes: The garage door opener is located inside the condo. Park your car on the street. Call Doug Fraser, the Belltown Court Greeter, and meet for your tour; he will have your keys. Directions to the parking garage are given assuming you are parked immediately in front of the Belltown Court Building on 2nd Avenue facing south.
Take a RIGHT on BELL STREET.
Take a RIGHT on 1st AVENUE.
Take a RIGHT on BATTERY STREET and an immediate LEFT into the alley.
Pull up to GARAGE DOOR at the NE corner (2nd and Wall St.) of the building.
Open door with garage door opener. Be sure to stop and wait for the door to close completely before proceeding into the garage, or a $250 may be assessed by Belltown Court. Please do the same when you depart the garage. Pedestrians are not allowed to enter/exit through the garage door when it is opened... and must use the pedestrian door or incur a fine.
Pull into any available parking spot not marked "reserved".
The door to enter the building from the garage is in the center of the garage. Use the garage door opener (which is also a fob) to unlock the door by swiping it in front of the black security box. When the light turns green, open the door.
Take the elevator to the 6th floor to the #633.
Parking spots are somewhat tight and large vehicles may not fit. Please be sure to park between the lines; if you do not, a fine may be assessed by Belltown Court. If you have a large vehicle, please make other parking arrangements.

You will need to return your key set with the garage door opener to your unit upon your departure. Please make sure you do this after you have exited the garage. Failure to return any of the keys, garage door opener, or parking hang tag will result in a $100 fine per lost or missing item.
