The title says it all....it's all about the location! Keep that in mind when you are paying $300 a night to stay here. The location is right in the middle of everything...5 blocks to Pike Place,,. 5 blocks to Seattle Center, close to downtown and the ferry docks. We didn't have a car on this trip and were able to do everything we wanted to, It is not the quietest place due to the restaurants, bars, people everywhere but turn on a fan or the a/c and it won't bother you. It was pretty basic but again, you are really paying for the location. Would've liked if the radio worked but that's a minor thing. It was comfortable and perfect for 2...would not really recommend for 4 but if it were a family with small children it probably wouldn't be too challenging, Can see the waterfront from the little balcony and only a couple blocks to walk down to the water. All in all a great stay and you have tons of food options right downstairs. We really enjoyed our stay.
