Really nice, spacious home that's convenient to downtown Folly. It was a little chilly when we were there in Feb., so we didn't get to use the backyard or the back porch; but we did enjoy the gas fireplace which came in handy early mornings and cold nights. We'd rent again in a minute.

Lovely house. There were a few issues and most were taken care of after I called Avocet. There are remaining repairs that should be completed.
