Lovely home w/ a private pool & rooftop deck w/ 360-degree views

This spacious home is located in a residential section of the island, perfect for families, and is just an easy walk to the beach. Guests can enjoy hanging out in the large fenced-in backyard, complete with a private pool, as well as the back porch and screened porch. Take advantage of the roomy, well-equipped kitchen to prepare appetizing meals for the entire group that you can later enjoy in the dining room or in the outdoor dining area at the screened porch. The private gas grill is convenient in case you'd like to host a cookout.

The beach is just a short five-minute walk for this home. Walk down the street to The Boathouse for a delicious dining experience with a view. Breach Inlet is also a great spot for fishing, both within a short 0.2-mile walk. A public boat landing is also nearby. Enjoy the numerous golf courses within a couple of mile radius. Downtown Isle of Palms is just a two mile-drive, where you’ll find dining, shops, and the grocery store. Downtown Charleston is just 11.5 miles away.

This house was very clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for the week. From a very well stocked kitchen, games in the living room and toys for the pool, we had everything we needed for a great family vacation. We would recommend this rental for sure.

Despite any issues with the house and service, the pool and beach were great. Hard to not have a great vacation in the IOP.

Just had some minor issues upon arrival, lay-out of house was not what we expected, dirty dishes and no propane in tank on grill.

The home at 122 Carolina Blvd. was in need of a good cleaning. It did meet our needs but needs some tender loving care.

The house was great, but I rented it so we could use the pool. Unfortunately, the heater was broken and could not be repaired in a timely manner.

The pool at the rental was quite disappointing. We paid extra to have it heated and it was very cold. If that was heated, I can’t imagine how cold it would if it wasn’t heated. The pool was also very dirty on the bottom. I understand the leaves but the rest of the pool should be clean.

Process to check in and out was pretty seamless, but the house was not very clean. Given the significant expense associated with housekeeping, I would have expected a clean house. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and dead roaches on the floor. I have pictures if you want them.
