The unit was clean, but it has not been updated in decades. Some of the appliances (range) look original. Everything worked (except the swivel detergent holder in the dishwasher), but we cleaned a LOT of lint out of the dryer and changed out the filthy HVAC filter (which had been in place for more than 6 months, according to a date recorded on the filter). Fortunately the owner or manager had left a new HVAC filter in the utility closet, and there is a working vacuum cleaner there. Our stay would have been more enjoyable if the owner had provided Wifi.

Good location and have been vacationing in kiawah for 30 years. The condo was average or below. Needs some tlc
