Glad I found this rental . Having small children it was conveniently located where you could get to everything within minutes . We did day tickets to Aquatopia and needed to return to the house I was back within minutes of leaving . Would definitely come back to this rental .

This house was a great spot for a much needed weekend away. It’s a little dated, but it was very clean and all the appliances worked fine. We were disappointed that the deck and not been shoveled at all so we could not use the grill or sit on the deck while the kids played in the snow. Also, although it advertises a foozball table, the table was covered with a mattress. We weren’t sure what that was about so we just left it that way and didn’t use it. All in all it was a cozy spot in a super convenient location.

This is the second time in the past month we have spent a weekend at Northridge booking through Vacasa. We are not really a picky couple and we were very pleased in October at #467. We felt real good about picking again in this area as it is just a lovely community. We chose #189 for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary & my birthday. First off we entered the home and noticed almost immediately that the frosted window panes on the front door were littered with graffiti scratches on all 9 of the panes. The trex decking itself leading into the home seemed tired & a bit worn. We brought our things in and planned on settling on for a drink in front of the fire and some TV. Well, the remotes had no batteries, None. we called the office and they said they would send someone. he/she never arrived. We finally changed the channel on the box manually for the evening. The fire logs that had been part of the package were missing as well. No fire logs, no TV. The home itself was clean, though it is clearly obvious it needs some paint & touching up. It appears to us that whomever owns it is not so interested in putting much into the unit. Do not look for anything in the kitchen as far as spices, condiments etc. Their are none. Their was a toaster oven but no toaster. One garbage bag and that was the one in use. NO wash clothes in the bathrooms. We went out back onto the deck to sit for a bit. The deck is in need of some cleaning, The trex decking looks haggard and not well cleaned at all. In several areas around the gas grill the their is some melting of the siding as well, though the area makes up for what is clearly lacking here. The beds were comfortable & clean as were the bathrooms. Overall cleanliness was good & probably the only reason I give it a two stars. I should mention the lady at the office was more then helpful when we went their the next morning. She had garbage bags, wash clothes, and batteries and was very nice to deal with. We never did get the fire logs, we bought a couple ourselves. I will say this, I will certainly not stay at this unit again. I would NOT recommend it to anyone else either. It appears these owners simply do not care because they know it will turn a profit no matter what. VERY DISAPPOINTING....

We hope that the compensation offered for the missing fire log helped to offset that frustration. We are glad that you got ahold of us so that we could replace the batteries in the remotes. We apologize that the deck area wasn't ready for your visit. That area must be maintained by the HOA and we have reached out and asked that they address these concerns. We hope that you'll visit again so we will be able to impress you.

My sister and her family, along with my family (4 adults and kids) had a great stay! The property is just as described! Very close to all that Tannersville and Camelback has to offer!
