The house was nice but I didn't like the stair for us it was nice by the lake and park just really busy hot tub a plus

Nice quiet location by Devil's lake. House was clean and neat when we arrived and hot tub hot! Quick drive to outlet mall and beach. Nature trails connected to park were great for walking the dogs. There is only one TV so if television is important bring a tablet or laptop. The teens staying in the loft would have liked their own TV but the hot tub made up for it. If you are traveling with young children the park adjacent to the house will be a plus.

The home was comfortable enough for four young adults and my husband and I, though the spiral staircase was daunting, especially as we had a toddler with us. For the toddler, it was wonderful to have a park literally across the street with colorful musical instruments and a very large wooden playset and a nature trail. The home has a lovely view and it's a short drive to town and to ocean access. Being dog-friendly was important to us as well, though our granddog was too intimidated to use the spiral stairs, so we had to change floors via outside stairs when needed. Most of the things needed for cooking were there, though the selection of pots and pans and lids was not ideal and improvisation was necessary. They had saran wrap but not aluminum foil, too few garbage bags for our length of stay, and some of the dishes needed to be washed before using as they were not quite clean. With no dishwasher, all dishes needed to be hand washed. None of this took away from the experience itself, with a lovely large table for family meals and games, seating at the kitchen counter for increased interaction with family while cooking, streaming services on the downstairs TV, and a fun Foosball coffee table (not standard height, so tall people had a hard time). Overall it was an excellent home for the price and the kids wished we could stay longer!

It was dirty the blankets the counters there was dog hair everywhere, boards with nails sticking up laying on lower deck, however once we cleaned it we had a great vacation

Space to spread out, great views of the lake. The Park looks like fun for kids when it is reopened. Close enough to everything but removed so its nice and quiet and relaxing.
