It’s also just six miles from downtown Chelan where you can easily spend the day perusing local shops and quaint eateries. Perched on the lake with a large backyard to boot, this home is also perfect for days spent zipping around on jet-skis or water skis, then tasting the subtle apricot, citrus, and peach notes of Karma Winery’s 2014 Estate Riesling at its tasting room, which is just one mile south.
The home itself is a modern lake house with stunning lake views, deluxe furniture, and tasteful décor. Using your own laptop computer, you could also surf the Internet to plan your Chelan Valley adventures.
When it comes time to eat, cook a hearty meal in the well-stocked kitchen where both modern appliances and a variety of cookware will make it easy to whip up a fantastic feast for your group.

If the weather permits, you could even dine al fresco on the balcony or first floor patio. And there’s even a gas grill on the patio, so get barbecuing!
Take a post-meal dip to soothe any aching muscles in the home’s outdoor hot tub or grab some fishing poles and cast right off the home’s private dock and moorage buoy - you’ll surely find either activity relaxing and a perfect way to wind down your day!
Achieve a great night’s sleep in any of three bedrooms, which will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Modestly furnished with items like nightstands, reading lamps, bookshelves, and framed artwork, these bedrooms are spacious yet cozy and will be a perfect retreat after a long day of invigorating outdoor activities.

Beautiful house and location

We enjoyed the property. Had 8 and most people got their own bed or couch-bed, though could have shared. In the summer this is a popular spot for bachelor/bachelorette parties judging by immediate neighbors but that was cool as everyone was having fun and nothing rowdy. The dock, yard and lake allowed us to hang outside and jump in the lake all day long. Wish I brought a fishing pole (and license) as I saw several trout and other edible fish swimming through.

Nice home right on the water. Driveway was tight with our big truck, but the car didn't have any issues. Indoor and outdoor space is nice.

The good: fantastic location, spacious home, great amenities - lawn, BBQ, multiple patios, private dock
The bad: hundreds of fruit flies, broken/poor quality sofa beds, and A/C that doesn't work
Overall: good stay, and an awesome weekend. A few minor hiccups didn't stop us from having fun
We apologize for the hiccups this guest experienced during their stay. This guest did contact us during their time in the home so we could bring them fruit fly traps and an air bed. The air conditioner does work well, and gnats/fruit flies will not be so numerous, when windows and doors are kept closed. Thank you!

Great location to kick back and relax. Right on the water so you can't beat that. The house also has a hot tube which was nice. The downer on this property is their TV/Sound System. If you plan to listen to your music, bring your own speakers. Cable was not working even though they had instructions. Be careful coming down the hill to the house. Its a very tricky corner to turn. We had a van and had to park it sideways close to the house as it was too tall to go under the car port. The location is at a good spot. Pretty reasonable to wineries and close to town. While the house had your typical toiletries, it stopped there. No condiments or spices. The ice machine did not work properly so you have to wait for the ice to freeze in the trays. Bring some ice if you plan on using it.

This home is nicely furnished, the covered patio for eating meals was special and the views of the lake and snow covered mountains were wonderful. We felt very much at home and would come here again. The drive way is a bit difficult but easy to maneuver. Nice to have the car port.

Lake Chelan's south shore is the desirable part of the lake. This is just about 10 minutes from downtown Chelan and has a good dock. Great for those with a boat. The fenced back yard is perfect for those with small children but no beach area for the little ones. The view, however, is stunning - just about as good as it gets on Lake Chelan.

Overall great location, great neighbors...everything we needed was in the house. Had a great time.

This house has great views of the lake. The house is spacious with all basic amenities including kitchen supplies and utensils. The house was clean and well maintained. The entertainment systems needs an upgrade though, nobody uses a VCR anymore!!
The location is also good, downtown Chelan is 6 miles and lot of orchards and wineries within a few miles from the house.

Very nice view and the deck and dock are great. Other houses very close on both sides. driveway is very skinny and could not make the corner without backing up (full size Yukon). Need to change what the clean the bathroom floors with as it's supper sticky, least we hope it was the cleaner.

Home was perfect for 2 families. The view was beautiful beds comfortable. The driveway/carport were a little tricky but we both drive Suburbans and were able to park with a little extra effort! We would stay here again
